This is my favorite Waffle House in Goose Creek. Food is good and staff makes every experience rememberable.

The only reason I didn't get five stars was because the wait was so long the food was good the service was nice. And It wasn't busy so I don't understand what took so long!!

Normally when I come here there's an active manager and a great male cook! Today, we have been waiting for about an hour for ONE meal, just an all star. Called 45 minutes after we ordered. They aren't even busy. The manager isn't helping and the female cool isn't multitasking and making multiple orders at a time like I've seen all cools do. I've worked at waffle House my house and been to many, and this is the worst and longest I've ever waited for food. It's really frustrating to see the manager not helping and the cook cooking like she's at home with all the time in the world. Server didn't ask if we needed anything when she dropped off the food, condiments were needed. Also there was no hand washing in between grabbing dirty dishes to the sink and bringing those condiments. A regular walked in about 50 minutes after we've all been here and got her food before any of us, currently there's two tables whose been here an hour that's STILL waiting for their food. While the regular ole Karen is being serviced hot food, getting asked what condiments she wants, fresh coffee, etc 😂😂😂😂 we won't be back this time. People are leaving now and everything. One server is being greedy calling orders back to back but STILL couldn't get out food before an hour. Another server is losing all HER tables because she isn't able to call her orders in.

It was really good food. I went there 2 times for breakfast, it was 20 dollarss the waitress was good, kept everything filled, asked for plenty of refills, and it was a peaceful, not packed, full restaurant overall everything was really good.

The new manger John, is the worse manger they have had at Waffle House. Everyone is quitting or getting fired. His manager skills are horrible. That Waffle House was amazing until he came along.

I just picked up an online order which was triple order of hash browns with cheese. Half of the hash brown were so cooked that I couldn't even chew them. Very disappointed but I'm pregnant and I can't go back out

I am absolutely Disgusted. I want to preface this by saying the lady that serve myself and my son was the only saving grace of the night. She was so nice, I felt bad for what she pbviously has to deal with while working with this horrible cook.
1. Your cook's grill area was horrendous. Broken eggshells dripping all on to the prep/staging board. 100% a health hazard.
2. Cook came in from smoking and never washed hands.
3. He put on gloves when pulling the raw bacon and sausage, but then kept them on while cooking ajd I watched him handle the cooked food on all 5 plates of 2 seperate orders.
4. I watched him contantly grab his pants and pull them up, and tuck in his shirt...with the gloves on he was cooking and handling customer's fibished food with.
5. I asked for 3 eggs and over medium.When I cut into the eggs they were literally raw. Completely translucent whites with a very thin cooked film over the top, somehow the bacon was burned and inedible, and the potatoes in my son's hashbrown were so undercooked that they were actually crunchy.
I'm obviously disgusted but, This cook is going to hurt one of your customers..either through lazy, terrible cooking methods or through the cleanliness of his station alone. Either way. This person does not care about the customer and he definitely does not care about his job. I will not ever goto this location again as long as he is working there. Extremely Dissapointing.
