Place an order through door dash the first time ever. After an hour got my food everything was cold. The dasher came straight to me cause I saw it on the map. Why would you not wait until the dasher is next in line to fix the food. And whoever was passing out the food the dasher stated they rude and almost through my food at him. He is Latin and he was very upset that’s not the way you work customer service….

Just got back home from getting 3 of their new krabby patties. All three of the meats are raw and cold. I gave them a call to inform them about it and the lady was very rude and told me to come back so she can see the meat. Didn't once say a refund. Health inspectors need to manage this location and inform the workers this is so unacceptable and if they can't, then shut this place down...DISGUSTING!!

This location is sorry. We came in during the dinner rush in there was nobody in line. So we stood up front and waited for 5 minutes just to be greeted with "picking up?" I said no, I'd like to place an order, and the guy just walked off. We're sitting in the drive-through since they don't take walk-ins, apparently, and the line hasn't moved in ten minutes. Shut the whole store down. We need another car wash anyway.
Stay away from this Wendy’s. Left items out my order and try to sell me a small chicken sandwiches as a deluxe. When I showed them the difference in the two sandwiches that were supposed to be the same, they took the sandwiches and told me they were remaking them. They then gave me two smalls sandwiches as if I couldn’t tell the difference. Cold food, poor service, and place was dirty.

The chicken patties where old like they was under a heat lamp all night fries had no salt and tea was weak I give your food a 3/10 so better quality of the food should be from sunup to sundown fresh and hot not old people pay there hard earn money for that food. SAD !!!!! Fix it!!!
