I stood during my entire 30 minute lunch break because the service was so slow. They filled multiple drive through orders before even looking my way and when I finally did get my food it was cold and stale. Don’t go to this wendys unless you are ok with subpar food and terrible service. And when I say slow I mean 30 min to even fill one order.

The nuggets were cold, dry, and hard. The patty on the burger tasted like last nights refrigerated leftovers thats been microwaved… tough as leather. What ever happened to the Wendy’s that strived on quality and freshness? It seems like most Wendy’s are going down hill and this location takes the lead. Do better people, it’s food you’re serving. With the prices of everything going UP, at least make the food decent and edible. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice…. Well…. The jokes on me

Extremely Rude! I was there to pick up 2 orders for door dash. No explanation for why one was not there and I was told to MOVE 3 times because I was holding up the line. I am a RGM for a different company, and would NEVER tolerate a team member speaking to a customer like that! Shame on this team member making Wendy's look bad!!!!

Awful damn food, deadass got food poisoning 1 day later. I was releasing bile from my behind and this is currently day 2 of this awful predicament. I feel like a pregnant lady with morning sickness. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WENDYS.

My spicy chicken sandwich had a soggy bun and chicken looked bad. My husband wanted ketchup pickles cheese only on his and they put mayo. Spend $22.00 and can't even eat the meal. The customer quality for te price restaurants charge just isn't worth it anymore.

Service here is beyond AWFUL, they haven't had the sour poweraid for the entire time they have had it rolled out. I asked if they could just give me a strawberry lemonade instead (keep in mind I just paid $4 for one for my wife, so like $9 on DRINKS) and they said because it’s like a .20 cent difference he cant. The manager acts like it’s his company and it will go under if he gave me the drink. Even if it was, wouldn't you want to make a customer happy from YOUR problem? The young manager was very disrespectful and rude. Dude needs to focus on putting fries in the bag and doesn’t need to be manager of a company. -10/10 stars. Do better. Hope you read this, your work ethic and awful and it shows by where you work.

I met an incredible young man named Malique(?) not sure of his names spelling but am certain this young man is going to rise in the ranks at whatever he chooses to do.
Wendy's is lucky to have such an employee who's knowledgeable friendly and trustworthy!!
Definitely going to be in high places with his can do attitude and spirit!
It was my pleasure to have met him.

Server at the window was very not customer friendly. Starting from the intake to providing food. I requested her name since she did not wear a name badge. She says she doesn’t give out her name. Not good for business. She needs training or be released.

The drive thru attendant is not getting paid enough to deal with some of the customers. She was extremely nice to us (as soon as she realized we weren't the ones honking at her). She went above and beyond for us in the middle of the night. She didn't deserve how the people behind us in line were treating her at all. She needs a raise!
