It's too long and unusual 😔

Heading home from seeing family and wanted a quick bite so my husband and I popped in. Though short staffed they were still quick and super friendly. Only thing that puzzled me was why the crew didn’t have a key to the bathrooms. One of the guys had to use his credit card, I told him not to break it, he said he had just gotten a renewed one and still had to activate it. I thanked him and wish the crew a Merry Christmas.

It's crazy that half the time this place forgets to put bacon on a burger that literally has bacon in its name

I've visited this Wendy's before and it was way more better than that. I don't know what's going on. I pulled up to the speaker to order and the guy never told me the total of my order, nor did he asked me if that completed my order. He also didn't even told me to pull up to the next window, so I was left just sitting there. He didn't have any good customer service. The food was cold, I asked for no salt on the fries and their was salt on the fries. We ordered from the biggie bag menu and instead of putting our order in separate bags they put it in the same bag.

The chicken needs alot of work out was cold and dry, but for a $5.00 ok l get it but quality is lacking for the price.

I stood during my entire 30 minute lunch break because the service was so slow. They filled multiple drive through orders before even looking my way and when I finally did get my food it was cold and stale. Don’t go to this wendys unless you are ok with subpar food and terrible service. And when I say slow I mean 30 min to even fill one order.

I have seen this Wendy's rise and fall over the last 20-plus years and it seems that they are currently in a training mode. The food has always been the same through the years! Wil update should changes occur!.

The nuggets were cold, dry, and hard. The patty on the burger tasted like last nights refrigerated leftovers thats been microwaved… tough as leather. What ever happened to the Wendy’s that strived on quality and freshness? It seems like most Wendy’s are going down hill and this location takes the lead. Do better people, it’s food you’re serving. With the prices of everything going UP, at least make the food decent and edible. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice…. Well…. The jokes on me
Extremely Rude! I was there to pick up 2 orders for door dash. No explanation for why one was not there and I was told to MOVE 3 times because I was holding up the line. I am a RGM for a different company, and would NEVER tolerate a team member speaking to a customer like that! Shame on this team member making Wendy's look bad!!!!
