This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been too.
I come here late night because I get off wicked late from work. Not only is the drive in guy kind- he’s competent! I’ve never gotten cold food. Attitude for the hour I’ve arrived. AND he never forgets my sauce!!!
Truly a rare gem these days. Thank you drive thru guy. You make this experience worth while and this is why I continually choose yall. See ya next hungry late night!!

My husband and I go to this Walmart regularly behind the Wendy’s and stop for breakfast.
I learned Mia’s name this morning that Always waits on us in the drive thru.
I run a WOSB and have an eye for detail and customer service.
I wished I could hire her! Wendy’s u have an asset in this employee, one we are in short supply of.
Nice smile, always HOT FOOD, napkins. You never have to ask for the things that is supposed to be in the bag.
I believe when people r constantly great at their job they need acknowledging for it!

Sent my boyfriend to order 4 junior bacon meals with no tomato and 2 brownie batter chocolate desert, came home with 4 cheeseburgers and a vanilla brownie batter desert instead. Workers here don’t pay attention and are lazy.

I cannot say enough about how professionally this crew handled what could have been a disaster of a situation. The crew was having some register issues, so had to use an alternate register for drive through customers. The line was backing so I totally understand why they were in a rush. I could go into particulars here, but I'll just say that my order was not correct and what was correct was not good. I was handed my food, and had to ask for my drink. I had waited so long that I just wasn't thinking and I drove off without my change. It was a nightmare trying to navigate traffic to get back to the store. I was expecting a confrontation. However, the level of friendliness and professionalism that I received was top notch. The manager and crew were amazing. I'm glad I went inside, because it was clear that they were all working hard to make not only my experience a better one, but were also actively taking steps to make sure the other patrons in the dining room were also having a positive visit. I will definitely return!

You guys have these young children working in these establishments not knowing that the patrons are the ones making sure that they get ours to receive the paycheck and for them to treat these patrons as if we are a problem. I have a problem with that. It shouldn’t be go ahead with your order when I pull up to to order my food and then to top that off, I’m just handed my bag no thank you or anything this place changes management like I changed my nail polish. I think I’ll go somewhere else where I’m respected and they act as if they know my order could be another day on the schedule
