09-12-2024 9:50 just exited the restaurant. Waited at the front counter for 3 minutes to order. Several employees walking by, no one stop to take my order or even acknowledges that you're even there. Poor service I won't return.

Order was incorrect at drive thru. Had to wait until server was back at window to have corrected before proceeding to pick-up window for my food. Caused a backup for the cars in back of me. No condiments were packed in my order for my baked potatoe, no butter, salt or pepper. Order was not checked for accuracy before giving to me at pickup window. Poorly staffed.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Wendy’s. I’m usually stopping by late night after work and the crew is always so pleasant. My food is fresh and I’ve not had any issues with my order.
