Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Employees where very disrespectful and nasty , always get the order wrong and miss things I was in drive-through. I’d asked twice if they got everything before I drove home. It took over 35 minutes to get my food because they kept taking orders and putting them in takeout parking spots .I got home and they missed the 10 piece chicken fingers, sauces ,& eggrolls I spent over $70. I called the store. The woman I spoke to said she was on the fryer and didn’t care she told me I would have to drive to store bring the bag back with all the food and she would judge if I was correct .she was very inappropriate and rude. After she hung up the phone . I expected all of the food to be in there because I did check with the cashier twice. I would assume people would be competent enough to check orders obviously not and I will have to sit at the drive-through and dig through the bag to make sure everything‘s in there next time

Cleanliness was the only positive aspect of this location. The manager was unprofessional, the portions were small, and although the food was served at an acceptable temperature, it clearly lacked freshness. The manager used profanity & was extremely condescending. This isn’t a corporate location so maybe they don’t have to live up to the same expectations.

Lemon pepper wings were hott and finger linking good. I even gott a senior discount!!

Service and attitudes are trash

Horrible . Waited 40 minutes according to my life 360 just for a sandwich and boneless wings meal We asked where the food was and the cook said it was already made and handed out and the girl gave it to the wrong people and then didn’t apologize then looked at our “large fries” and it was not even a handful of fries thrown into the box . Wouldn’t give us a refund or more fries and argued with us saying they gave us plenty . Horrible service an a bunch of kids who just play around . Many people mad and giving food back and a mom and son even walked out when waiting because of how long it was .

Waited 40 minutes for my food, then when I asked the team members up front they realized they gave my food to someone else, no apology or anything. Then l proceeded to wait another ridiculous wait to actually get my food. Horrible service and the kids working back there are too busy playing around to pay attention to the customer. Not one to complain but I am highly disappointed in the direction this once great place to eat has gone downhill.

Nasty attitude

Want to give a shoutout to the skinny young man at register today. Just left from lunch.

He ran the front by himself for about an hour with no complaints or help. Food was great. Atmosphere was good.

I gave it 4 stars because the manager didn’t help him or send someone to help and they made a lady there for an interview wait almost an hour from her scheduled appointment.

I’ve ran restaurants and fast/quick food ones and that’s the only thing that threw me off was the manager being hidden during lunch hour except toward the end where he popped in the kitchen.

Horrible experience every time we get them a chance. Long waits, subpar food. To top it off we were denied used of a coupon provided by this location to a local organization. No reason provide when asked for the name of the GM I was denied information. When I ask to the speak to the manager I had a shift lead come to the windows. He had a very rude attitude and refused to provide any information. After waiting in line for 45 mins we canceled our order and will not return. As a local born & raised I will ensure to notify anyone and everyone to avoid this location as they have horrible service and now you can add terrible employees and even worse management.

Im normally not a person to write a review or complain about anything but I went to go get some zaxbys cause me and my significant other were craving it and i ended up spending 24 dollars and for me and her and i work in the same type of environment so i know how it is during a rush but it’s the simple fact of how the employees clearly don’t care and we both got the big zac snack and in both box’s it was the worlds smallest most pathetic chicken fingers i’ve ever seen 😭 and the most smallest amount of fries and let’s not talk about the soaked in butter smushy bread and the same with the fries they were smushy stale and bland also both drinks were a large and just filled with ice barely any drink and the employee was rude i hate to complain and to give a location a low rating but it was seriously dreadful and don’t plan on coming back

If I could give negative stars I would. Waited over an hour, food was cold, staff was rude as all hell. I work restaurants and have my entire life, I manage a restaurant and would fire every person in that building. I pray to GOD that this place shuts down or gets leveled.

The snail speed of drive thru reallllly defeats the purpose of ‘fast food.’

Waited over 40 mins in the drive through to receive my food. Fry seasoning is inconsistent as is the sauced wings being dry.

The service was excellent and the place was clean. I ordered some lemon pepper bone in wings. The flavor was good, however the wings were extremely small. They could have been from cornish hens. For the price I would have expected at least average size wings. This was my first time at a Zaxbys and if this is an example, it'll probably be my last unless they make this good.
