Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

If I could give negative stars I would. Waited over an hour, food was cold, staff was rude as all hell. I work restaurants and have my entire life, I manage a restaurant and would fire every person in that building. I pray to GOD that this place shuts down or gets leveled.

The snail speed of drive thru reallllly defeats the purpose of ‘fast food.’

Waited over 40 mins in the drive through to receive my food. Fry seasoning is inconsistent as is the sauced wings being dry.

The service was excellent and the place was clean. I ordered some lemon pepper bone in wings. The flavor was good, however the wings were extremely small. They could have been from cornish hens. For the price I would have expected at least average size wings. This was my first time at a Zaxbys and if this is an example, it'll probably be my last unless they make this good.

If I could i would put a zero horrible food. The wings I had were hard and no sauce was on them when I clearly asked for sauce the bread was hard and nasty. Would never recommend 0 out of 10 nasty horrible place to gon

Didn't get any of the extra sauces I asked for. There was no egg in my Cobb salad and my teriyaki boneless wings didn't have any teriyaki sauce. Should've checked my bag before I left

I just went through the drive thru, and I don’t know if y’all in a rush or something but it says on here that y’all don’t close for another hour or two, so y’all don’t need to be slamming the door in peoples faces. I literally was about to ask for something else for my order that I paid for and they slammed the door in my face before I could even finish my sentence, beyond rude.

Wow!! What a extremely noticeable improvement in exceptional quality combined with outstanding customer service. This all transpired in the past several months. I not sure if it's retraining, new management, a new owner but for me it doesn't matter - it's been great for us as customers. PLEASE by all means stick with it. We are grateful and extremely satisfied with this change, and absolutely returning customers. Thank you
