I went to get a Cobb salad and some chicken strips today approximately 11:20 am. I went through the drive thru the yound man that took my order was rushing me and when I got to the window and gave me my stuff he was rude like he didn't want to work. If you don't want to work then don't get a job. I should've asked for my refund back.

Always enjoy the food but the service just sucks today is the 5th time they told me they are out of food when it’s still within hours of service Ik I’m getting there within last 10 min of service hours but all I’m getting is the #1 for my girlfriend before taking her to work and there are others they just helped in line so why lie saying yall have no food if wasn’t for being along the way to her work and what she wants I wouldn’t of gone there to have it done to me 5 times especially when in service hours I’d get it if was 10 when they close but not when it’s not time for them to close and they just wanna say they got no food how are you a restaurant and have no food I’d get maybe being out of one item on menu but to say no food at all that’s just a lie you just don’t wanna make no more for the night when it’s close to closing it’s even happened one time when I made it there at 9:47 so again why that’s piss poor service bc it’s late and don’t wanna stay just a bit later no other restaurant or fast food restaurant allows that so why here this Zaxbys never coming back for that kinda service again unless forced to

I have placed an order online twice with this zaxby's. And both times I had to wait almost an hour for my order. They sent me receipts. Giving me a time that I can pick up the order and it was never ready. And then when I talked to the cashier that answered the phone about it. She was Very nonchalant and so was the manager. When I ask to speak to the general manager , the manager placed me on ice brief hold. And then disconnected. I called the back numerous of times and no one would askanswer the phone. I can understand if this happened one time. But twice. In two weeks. I pay good money when I go to this restaurant so I expect better service And for management to care about customer complaints. I don't feel like they are considerate to customers In resolving the issues. I addressed the issues to the manager. And all she said was she'll talk to them. So in other words nothing was gonna be done. Every customer Should matter. I don't want to give them any stars at all. But google will only allow you to place a review if you give at least one star. But honestly they don't deserve that.

Food was fresh and hot, opened my cup to eat the ice after I ordered my meal and realized there was black specks all in my fanta. I’m assuming this is mold from not cleaning their drink machines. After dumping the ice this is what remained.

Losing faith with this location. I used to have a 5 star review here, but after the past 2 orders I've done here, I'm just about done with this restaurant location. Employees are letting delivery drivers walk out without talking to them, not filling the fries up to the standard amount for larges, and it just seems to keep going in that direction. I'm disappointed. Food is usually fresh tho, so I guess that's good.

The last 3 times we’ve ordered take out zobb salad, there’s been an issue. Missing extra sauces (which we pay extra for) or the right amount of extra sauce, but wrong sauce, so now we have four honey mustard, but extra two were blue cheese. Then the last order, correct sauces, but missing the boiled egg off of both salads…absolutely maddening!

Ordered & paid online. Sent teenager to pickup and when he got back there were several items missing and everything was cold. Had to return to the restaurant for missing food and was not compensated or even apologized to. Wasted time and gas for cold food. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

I dont know why so many negative comments for this location? I made a doordash order earlier realized on the receipt that my tenders were put as Buffalo when it was supposed to be barbecue I don't know if it was doordash or me who had done it wrong but either way I was able to call the store since doordash wouldn't give me the option of changing it and the girls working tonight we're so awesome that even though my order was pretty much ready, they were nice enough to go back and change it for me to the barbecue tenders! They didn't have to remake it and really didn't have to take their time to even listen to me BUT they DID and I know that with it being a Friday night they're very busy so I definitely have to give them, hell I would give them more than five stars if I could! It was excellent service and I don't ever have a problem at this place. They always go beyond for me.
