Cannot get anything more fresh.Their white meat only (grilled) chicken tacos come on corn or flour tortillas with cilantro and onion and a wedge of fresh lime. grab some of the sauces and delicious pico de gallo and you have an incredibly healthy meal. “We go there about once a week. Their buffett is excellent, and everything is Homemade. They always have a good selection of meats, vegetables, fruits & desserts as well as a full salad bar. The extra special thing is "our waitress, Amy". She is friendly and attentive. As soon as she sees us walk in, she gets our drinks and silverware & gets our table ready. “It's been a while since I ordered from Marcos , but I'm so glad I did. We got the cheesy bread, pizzoli, wings, and the chicken club, and all of it was so good. The wings were better than any wing restaurant around here. They have definitely raised their game, and they will be my pizza go-to again.“

“Visiting from out of town, and a friend brought us here. Busy place, be patient with the host and servers as they are running around. The food was very good, some of the best I’ve had. They start you off with chips, salsa and queso sauce, for dinner I had the El Paso, from their favorites section. Prices are good, and parking is easy.

“We've eaten here twice now. Each time everything has been amazing.
The server today was either new or on something. He was apologizing for everything at every table and he had someone correcting him. He forgot one of our soups, served other tables that had arrived after us first, and was a general mess. Aside from that, he was cordial and courteous.

The only complaint I can find is they put FAR too much ginger dressing on the salad to the point it's not enjoyable.

“I've eaten here for many years. I believe they now have new owners/cooks. For today's lunch I was specific on what I wanted and they delivered. The food was fresh and hot. I dined in and the staff was very polite. This place was already busy most of the time. If they continue the good work and learning their customers, they will need a bigger restaurant. Actually they need a bigger restaurant about twice the size right now. Also I reserve five stars for an exceptional experience, this experience was definitely a four and a half. Also if you've gone here before try different selections. Each cook has their own specialties and as I said I believe the cook has changed. Owner / cook if you're reading this please bring back water chestnuts!“

Only negative.. the restroom has had an out of order sign for 4 months and we see employees go in and out using a key. If we dine in( which we always do) aren't we supposed to have access to use the restroom???“
