Liked the place more when it was a Mexican restaurant. Last time I was there I ordered chicken that was tough texture. Told the manager… she gave me an odd look, told me she’s never had this complaint and literally felt my chicken with her hands. Blew my mind… lots of service staff, but slow

Service was good, food was thoroughly mediocre. Server told us the wings were dry rubbed but they were just fried. No seasoning, sauce on the side. If they’re just fried, toss them in sauce before serving. He asked if I minded anchovies in the Caesar salad and I was fine with them. Generally this is a sign of a fresh, homemade dressing but the salad arrived with no hint of anchovies and wasn’t tossed which is a super weird way for a Caesar salad to come. Ribs were meh.

Loved the location and atmosphere ... nice open bar area, uncrowded open seating area, nice bathrooms... service was good but since they weren't really busy we weren't checked on as often as we would have like and the servers though 'nice' were not really friendly. We had the burgers (1/2 price for Monday happy hour-a bonus) and the burgers were really good - had to get the fries as a side for the special and they were extremely disappointing... small portion(even for me who takes half of my food home)and kind of soggy/oily- I will go back though - it was my first time.

I went here with a couple of friends for dinner after work one day, the bar there a nice but the rest of the restaurant was a little open and cold but still nice. I had the greek pizza and a peach froze', they were delicious! Our waitress was attentive and we had a great time, I'd go back and recommend. As mentioned in other reviews, there is an automatic 18% gratuity added regardless of the number of people in your party.

Cool atmosphere. Would be nice to come here just for drinks. The service was great but the food was okay. The hamburger steak was dry and didn’t have that much gravy/sauce. The sweet potato side dish was good though.

I was extremely disappointed in the level of Service and professionalism I received from the Staff and Management at 4 Aces. I called to book their Whiskey Room and spoke with an Employee named Dawn who took down my information for the reservation and told me that my reservation was put down and someone would call me back to confirm. Since I am an extremely busy person it was a few days later that I realized no one called me back to comfirm. So I called back and spoke with a manager the day before a dinner party of 30 people was expected to show up only to be told that Dawn never entered my reservation and the room was now booked by another customer. Now I’m left in a panic to find somewhere else to host 30 people with less than 24 hour notice. The manager offered me nothing but an “I’m Sorry “ and next time I need to make sure I asked to speak with a manager to ensure my reservation is booked as it was my responsibility and not his or the employees. I will never step foot back in the 4 Aces and I’ll be sure to let everyone with an ear know if my terrible experience with them!

Lobster was really overcooked, I overheard an employee complaining about me saying so. I believe his name was Rodger. The atmosphere was wanting to be a fine dining experience with an Apple Bee's vibe. Overall, I wouldn't spend my money here and I don't plan to in the future. Take the money downtown or in another city because this isn't the place to go.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order at 4:22PM. I received a conformation email and the money was taken out of our bank at that time. My wife went to pick the order up at 5:00 PM and they hadn't even started the order. The girl my wife talk to was rude and disrespectful. There are 100s of restaurants in Greenville to choose from and they all have 100% better service. We will not be returning and will let our friends know this is a place to avoid. I regret I have to choose 1 star to submit this review because they don't deserve any stars!

Busy place today but again, really good food and fun wait staff. I tried Corned beef and Swiss on rye sandwich and it was HUGE and delicious. Absolutely RUDE hostess and manager! I have 20+ years of marketing for businesses under my belt, and occasionally I do deliveries in the evenings. I had two orders to pick up tonight and they were running extremely late. The hostess (who I thought was expo) was dismissive while I was standing there for 15 min. so I went to see if someone else could see what was taking so long. She came up and asked "what do you think you're doing?, you can't be back here, go back and sit down," very rudely. When I tried to tell management about my experience, she just said that the hostess thought i was rude? Seriously? Is that what you say to your customers when they complain?I'm not just a driver, I'm also a patron and I certainly won't be returning!

My daughter and her co-workers went in tonight for a drink. One of the co-workers’ sisters was celebrating her birthday. My daughter took her sash and put it on.The waitress carded the table! Looking suspiciously at my daughters’ license! She’s 27, will be 28 in November!Next thing they know the Bartender comes over wanting to double card them. My daughter was accused of having a fake ID even with the Government Stamp on it! Called a Bit%^ by the so called manager on duty, and others!!!! Embarrassing!!!Threatened to call the Police! My daughter asked them to please do so!!! I called and the manager hung up on me! Called again someone else answered! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Will be handled accordingly!!!

We were in for a restaurant week maybe that was a bad mistake we wanted to try the restaurant 30 minutes for apps there's one party of 12 one party of eight and about 20 other diners a lot of people at the bar I get we probably got behind the food for the parties but a cup of soup and some spinach dip shouldn't take too long food was pretty good until I got my dry salmon and no side so I asked for the desserts to go but they brought them for here as well and to go. Did not appreciate the added tip. I was going to tip anyway like I always do. thanks a lot, I don't know if we'll see you again or not. Restaurant should be called a pair of Dueces.

To my surprise everything was delicious!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had the lobster ravioli!!??My friend had the ribeye with a yummy salad with home made ranch and a scruptious sweet potatoe crunch!!!*ADD MORE CRUNCH??NOW the CRAB DIP appetizer was de'liciousssss!! ?I gotta say the atmosphere seemed a little unwelcoming when we walked in.??Nevertheless I'LL BE BACK!!!?‍♀️???

Food wasn't bad and the atmosphere is nice. Very pricy and upon paying I noticed that an 18% tip was added to the bill when my credit card was initially processed. There were only 4 of us and could not find any notice that this was their practice. The service was definitely not worth 18% and I usually pay tip with cash which I was not able to do in this case.Won't be going back
