Atmosphere ranking is N/A as I went through drive through and ate on my car.Parking: It's a flat lot that surrounds the restaurant. Standard. I do want to slip in one thing about prices. Arbys is more expensive than all of its competition. I just don't think that overall they deliver the price difference as a whole. There are more and varied options than the standard fast food. I just think there should be something aside from variety to make the customer feel good about the value afterwards and there isn't. Arbys is usually my last choice for fast food because of the higher cost. It's difficult to get a full meal for much less than $15 per person. I don't have suggestions but I think I'm a good representative for the average customer. I would like to have a good reason to frequent Arbys.

I understand people have bad days, but when my coworker who is a senior asked for a senior drink she gave him a lot of attitude. Then when I ordered she was not friendly and was basically wanted me to stop ordering it felt like. I enjoy Arby's, and I understand people have bad days, but when the other employees are apologizing for her, it seems like this may be a trend for this lady.

I ordered 2 of the good burgers meals the other night and they both were raw. I called the store to let whoever answered know that they were raw and I was disappointed. The worker said he was sorry but it was one of those idk what else to tell you sorry not a sincere one. Never will I eat here again!
