After hurricane Helene (9/27/24 2ish) Many places were without power. Trying to find a hot meal was nearly impossible. These guys were open and while the lines were long and we waited 30 mins to place our order, the crew working was absolutely wonderful. They were patient and kind. Gave us hot food and had the best attitude. This crew deserves a nice raise and much more than they currently get. 5 out of 5. Bless you guys!

Cannot cook potato cakes. Remember these as a kid but mine was cold in the center and taste oily. The oil was not hot enough. I am passing on this location.

I pulled into the drive thru with one car ahead finishing up their order. I saw one guy walking over from the Spinx. I was asked to wait a moment twice (each time was 3-5 minutes). Someone finally came in to take my order for 2 chicken sandwiches, and then proceeded to attempt to badger me into adding something else to my order, which I politely declined all three times. Finally, after 15 minutes total in the drive thru, I received my order of the 2 chicken sandwiches, and even the patties looked like they were meant for 2 different sandwiches. What is going on at Arby's?

This was the worst Arby's I've ever been to. I placed an order online at 6:30pm and when i got to the store i had to wait over 20 minutes to even be greeted, in fact i was ignored entirely. My food was cold because of the wait and i was told "We make it fresh, theres nothing we can do" by the lady in the office.
