I don't know if I can think of a fast food joint that has employees with more hustle and drive than this one. And that is saying a lot for a town with MANY chick-fil-a's (as they're known for that kind of work culture). I'm always impressed by the staff at this location, even when they're slammed (with seemingly too few staff members since they're all busy working). Bravo Arby's. I hope the crew here are getting the recognition they deserve.

This was the worst Arby's I've ever been to.I placed an order online at 6:30pm and when i got to the store i had to wait over 20 minutes to even be greeted, in fact i was ignored entirely. My food was cold because of the wait and i was told "We make it fresh, theres nothing we can do" by the lady in the office.

I experienced very poor service this evening at this location. I pulled up with 15 minutes to spare before I had to leave for a 6:30 appointment. Fortunately (I thought), there was only 1 car in the drive through. Between the wait for them to take my order and the wait for the food, my 15 minutes expired, and I had to leave the line without getting my food to try to make my appointment. 15 minutes behind ONE CAR, and I had to miss dinner (and I was still late). That’s very sad service. ONE CAR! (Sigh!)

I don’t often go out for fast food, but I’ve stopped at this Arbys a few times here and there the last few years. EVERY time I’ve gone, the staff have just been excellent. They are very personable and they do their job efficiently. The one time I did have to wait a few extra minutes I didn’t even mind, because the workers were very apologetic and it was still a quick turnaround. The food is always hot and fresh as well, and I feel I get a good value for what I’m paying. Will continue to pop in here thanks to the great experiences!

I've always loved Arby's. And there is no doubt they have quality food. Although, lately I think the food is a bit over-priced. And we keep getting less for our money. Still great food. This Arby's, doesn't seem care too much. Just my opinion.
Lame atmosphere but some of the best Arby’s food. Customer service is great and the facility is clean. Left hand turns to get back on the highway is somewhat difficult at times.

I’m not sure who else was working this day but I felt like a valued customer, customer service was great, and the food was hot. Everyone working this day deserves praise. I was given an extra fry for my wait time (which I didn’t even mind because the service was so great). I will pick this Arby’s over others every time.

Do not be tempted by the steak and cheese. I repeat, DO NOT EAT THE STEAK AND CHEESE. It looks and tastes like cat food(not that I would know, I'm just assuming). Most disgusting supposed steak and cheese I've ever had!! Most fake and processed meat ever!! Spare yourself the trouble!
