Set outside after being told to pull in a parking spot and wait, waited 20 minutes, saw the girl at the counter hand my food to the car beside me, they proceeded to take my food back inside after they opened the bag and realized it wasn't there food, I went inside, she hands me the same bag the lady brought back in, I asked her did that lady just bring the bag back in, she lied and said no, I called her out on it, then to top it all off, when I git home , the wrong food was in the bag, I want to hear from a manager about this problem, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER, WONT BE BACK

It's Arby's, best roast beef around, and the brisket is to die for, literally that good for a fast food chain
I got the 3 for $5 deal, mix and match sliders, sides , wraps and drinks. A good deal plus the food at Arbys taste better than the regular fast food establishments
The drive through order taker was very friendly. I ordered a kids nugget meal for my grandbaby and the nuggets were cooked to hard. She wasn't able to eat them.

Came here on my lunch break and they made my chicken sandwiches fresh. Everyone was really nice and helpful.
They gave me a totally different sandwich than what I ordered that was already eaten off of. Made me wait 15mins for some food somebody else HAD ALREADY EATEN OFF OF. They had to have kept my order and gave me something different. Will be complaining about this

They get a bad rap because no the butt end of jokes but ignore those jokes and keep eating Arby's everybody loves roast beef well maybe not but I love Rosie and I get the big one pounder Man that's so good Arby's sauce on top of that yum yum yum yum I want some now!!
