Location is the only decent thing about this place but even with that, there’s a better hotel right across the street. Everything else here sucks. A plethora of roaches in the rooms and it’s hard to get anyone to spray to kill them. Linen and towels always look, feel, and smell dirty every time I come here and it’s hard to get them to change them out for you. Front desk lady is horrifically rude and I truly believe she is prejudice to brown skin color. She gives me (a 27 year old brown woman) a hard time every time she sees me and I have never had an issue with her directly or caused any problems here at the hotel. I’ve only ever asked for fresh linen or the rooms to be sprayed down. I’ve only ever made simple requests to upgrade the rooms and my stay here and they never ever want to accommodate me despite knowing the horrific conditions of these rooms and the fact that just like everyone else I paid/spent my hard earned money to stay here. Staff is disgustingly lazy. Even if they do decide to bring you fresh linen or spray the room for you it is going to take them FOREVER to do it. It won’t even be funny how long they take. Ridiculously inconvenient. 0/10 stars. Would not recommend ever to anyone (even the homeless)!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Armstrong Inn & Suites and I highly recommend it! The staff is professional and the service was more than I expected. I doubt you will be disappointed.

I RARELY POST ANY KIND OF REVIEWS, LET ALONE ONE WITH A CAPTION BUT THIS PLACE DESERVES TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE: This place is Poorly Maintained, Has Disrespectful & Unwelcoming staff, Dirty Rooms, Unexplainable Rules That Change without Notice, Rude GM & Staff... I Have to be completely up front and honest, I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this is the worst one I have ever seen, it's almost unbelievable, during my 7days of hello on earth I witnessed and had to deal with belligerent drunks walking around harassing people, Even worse, the staff itself stereotyping everyone and management changing rules without notice almost everyday that make no sense along with unexplainable FEES for things that make no sense or that the staff have no explanation for... I would add photos but then the place would get shut down for code violations so I don't wanna put any of the decent people I've met here on the street but that is the only reason, otherwise I would post photos...I repeat VERY uncomfortable stay, VERY uncomfortable atmosphere, & VERY disgusting UNSANITARY facility inside & out.... Even though it might be cheap, if you value your money , stay away!!!

Updated in response to owners response: no beef with the hotel. It was just awful. I don't give two hoots, as I'm local and therefore don't need a hotel. I have a nice house. I just thought others ought to know before they book.
I dropped off a door dash there recently. It was dirty, smelled of smoke and made me pretty uncomfortable. Given that I dash to some pretty slummy trailer parks and apartment complexes, that's saying a lot. Obviously I didn't stay here, but I would never book or recommend anyone book there based on my experience delivering there.

Bad place to go u pay all the money to live there an u don't even know is there going to be breakfast serve there been times breakfast wasn't served.The owner didn't even get a back up generator for us to have light doing the hurricane all they gave us an guest was a small candle lights all the money owner making u can't get a backup generator luckily it was doing warm weather.Mrs Margaret do have her ways her husband is the one who fix breakfast for the hotel but like I said u don't know if u going to get breakfast serve because no one may not be there.Bed bugs be there roaches house ghetto house maids sometimes they want to check your room just to see if there's something for them to tell Mrs Margaret...Elevator doesn't work have the time definitely not a good place to bring your kids too front desk be smoking up there at the front house maids sometimes don't want to clean your room or make your bed either I didn't get my deposit back an when I in up over paying I didn't receive change either
I've been staying at this motel since September 2024.. today notice there's serval police cars and an ambulance..about 3 hours later they were still there.. I called front desk margett lil Caucasian woman answe I as if we were safe she cut me off mind your business that has nothing to do with you I try explaining that I don't want to know anyone business I'm concerned for my safety she replied you safe good bye. Hung up phone. I walked to front desk from 4th floor elevator has not been working for a month or two ..she explained I need worry about what's going on in my room.. I try asking her why is she talking to me that way.. she continues to be nasty.. do not come here nasty motel nasty workers and nasty people coming in and out.

The caucasian lady up front if very rude and nasty. If she doesn’t like her job she should go elsewhere. She also denies access to certain people due to her “own reasoning”. Do not go here when she is there she created her own rules!
