When I arrived on the 16th to get started on our decorations — the room was set up with U-shaped tables rather than the six round tables and square head table for the bride and groom that we had agreed upon. I had to help the event coordinator break down the tables, and set up the circular tables to meet timing schedules for the church rehearsal which set us back some time.
We also noticed that some drinking glasses placed on the tables had logos and writing on them which took away from the classiness of the event. I had texted the event coordinator about it and she stated if there’s enough they can be replaced with non-logo glasses. The glasses and plates were dirty. Not just fingerprints, and we had pulled them all from the tables and put them on the bar. One or two table cloths were dirty with visible stains, along with a few of the linen napkins.
Additionally, we had discussed a champagne toast (French pour) at the start of the meal, as well as wine glasses on the tables to allow for red or white wine service during dinner (also French pour), neither of which occurred.
My selected beer was also not served, despite this being discussed in advance. We were only informed during the event—after asking—that it was unavailable. Had we known beforehand, I would have happily brought some from home or purchased it locally. A custom bar menu was created with the agreed upon beer selection only to find out the day of the event, neither was available, which made it look like our event wasn’t as polished as planned.
Lastly, coffee and tea were supposed to be served with dessert, which unfortunately did not happen.

Best crab cake in GRVL, thin crust holds in all the chunks of fresh crab, service is great, love the booths- hidden gem. Easy access and parking.

We were sat at the bar area. There was a table of about 20 people sat next to us, they were so loud and obnoxious, and kept bumping into us. The manager came around and checked on us, and we felt like he didn’t care whether we had an issue or not. He just went on his merry way. Very disappointing on the atmosphere. Our server Kelsey was fantastic! Food was lukewarm but delicious.

Jayme was the BEST waitress there! She was a kind, very fast-paced, heartwarming young lady. My dish was delicious. We will be back! Thank you for the best service.

My best friend had her last radiation appointment today and to celebrate, I ordered from Augusta Grille. I ordered the sautéed black grouped with crab burre blanc for my friend and the salmon for myself. I opted to pick it up for obvious reasons. The food came out as I was about to pay ( which was great). However I get home only to find there was NO crab burre blanc. There was only an OVERCOOKED piece of unseasoned grouper. I called, and to the manager's benefit, he offered to drive over the crab burre blanc sauce, however I live 15 minutes from the restaurant and he decided that was too far... it wouldn't have mattered though.... I gave my salmon to my friend and tried to eat the grouper but it was dry, unseasoned, and way overcooked. I called and the manager and he said that he'd refund my money however that hasn't happened. I ended up giving my fish to my dog, Maisy. She thought it was okay. I ended up eating a sandwich. I give this place ZERO stars. ZERO.

Food was excellent. Kelsey is a lovely server, and never left us wanting. Food came out on time, and our drinks were never empty, thanks to our server. It was an excellent night, and Kelsey deserves a raise for putting up with us for the 3 hours we were there!
