Customer service has went way down. They say they can’t do 1/2 and 1/2 on pretzel cups. We used to get 1/2 cinnamon and 1/2 salt all the time. Went upstairs to Pretzel Maker instead.

I paid for a large protein shake, therefore paying for more protein. An employee made it then gave me a medium, I told them I asked for a large, so the employee just added ice and handed it to me and went away.

My almond pretzel made me sick. it was not cooked long enough the dough was raw don’t think I’ll be back

We wanted to get a few different things but was told they don’t open until 11am which isn’t true. I’ve been there at 10am several times. Cooperate needs to check this location and all the employees hard, really hard. They all bring a nasty little attitude to the job and take out the fact they don’t want to work on customers. If you don’t want to work than don’t. Grow up this is apart of life

Where do I begin… this is my fourth time coming here in 3 weeks and each time the staff’s attitude was disgusting and they never had ANY of pretzels. The lady who makes the pretzels with the piercings in her lip has a horrible attitude because it’s a requirement to come in and do her job. The teenage girl who takes the orders never knows anything and gives ridiculous wait times for when the pretzels will be ready and when I say ridiculous I mean close to an hour. This morning I went there upon them opening and they had absolutely nothing they were the only store that didn’t have anything ready and said it would take 40 minutes . The last time I went it was the middle of the day and the girl told me it would take 30 minutes after charging my card already and the time before that the only thing they had were original salted and stated they were not making anymore. They either need a whole new staff or to just shut the whole stand down. There’s another stand downstairs and the staff is 100% better the only thing is they are not big enough to make certain types of pretzels.

Worst experience ever! Was there Friday, the girl working ignored all of us customers in line. She literally stood outside the shop and texted on her phone for 10 minutes! Then she walked in the door and did the same. Stood there and ignored everyone. If I had not promised my daughter the pretzel nuggets I would have left. She then moved at the speed of a turtle to do a whole lot of nothing, finally mozied over and just looked at the customer in front of me. The customer had to ask if she was ready for her order. She never spoke to any of us, it was absolutely ridiculous behavior. Do better or close it down, paying customers should not have to deal with such rude and disrespectful employees. Clearly from all of you horrible reviews there is a problem you won't fix.

Ok so they offered me a job I explained to the lady that interviewed me that I had prior plans for June and August she told me to submit it today and I did and my availability would be off on Mondays but requested Mondays and Tuesdays and they took the job offer back I see why such bad reviews and high turn over yall not even paying that much glad I dodged that bullet

Pretzel was over cooked and bitter, barely any salt.

Stood there for 10+ minutes while the person at the register ignored me while standing in the middle of the kitchen on her phone. Awful customer service.
