Have been wanting to try here for a while and was very disappointed. Plenty of open tables and got sat right in the front door to start with. Got our order in which was 2 burgers 1 side and an appetizer. Waiter comes out and states he accidentally added a side to our order. Then when our burgers came out the cook was chasing them down telling us they were pulled to early. Wife cut into hers and it's rare. Cook takes it back and then it's cooked to a crisp. It's the same patty as it was cut the same way but no sauce or cheese when it comes back. We were offered another side but by then we were just ready to go. Hopefully it was just an off night but don't think we'll be back.

Tonight was our last time coming here. Every single time we come in it’s half empty, tables everywhere, and they tell us the kitchen is backed up so we have to wait 30mins. I’m not sure how it backed up every time at half capacity. No way I’m waiting 30 mins for a regular burger.

The food here is amazing, even though its a burger place I was talked into trying the chicken sandwich and gotta say, it should be a chicken place. Honestly, I hope to be back to give the burgers a try, the chicken was phenomenal and the staff equally so. Alse great atmosphere, will be recomending this to anyone

Place was pretty much empty, but it was a Sunday night. Took 5 minutes before anyone even came to the hostess desk. Finally someone came and I told them my order. Said it would be a few minutes. Food came, didn’t have any medium cup, so got 2 small ones. Got back to my hotel and no ketchup or mustard, which I had ordered on the side. Pretty disappointing.

Took a friend here for her birthday! Our service was very disinterested in her job and moved very slowly, to say the least. Not the most engaging person, and she mostly hung out near the food pickup area.My burger was pretty good! Definitely not the best burger I've ever had, which was hilarious since most people tout Bad Daddy's as "Omg literally soooo good...." but I think a lot of that is just wanted to fit in. I digress.My friend's burger wasn't great. And then we left.I probably won't go back, overall it just meh.

Cleanliness is not a high priority. I understand being busy, but too many people walking around not to pick up a broom and dustpan or to wipe booth seats down. The food is amazing. Their chips are the best in town, without question, but the unhappy looks on employees' faces and the lack of care for the restaurant means it won't be my first pick on Woodruff rd. There are too many other choices that are cleaner, maybe not as good on food, but cleaner. I'll just ignore my cravings for those handmade chips, oh, and those amazing onion rings. That sucks for me.
