Bad Daddy's Burger Bar

Our last two experiences at this location have been subpar on the service side. Our bartender cared more by the two women of the bar than he did, making sure that we had plenty of drinks or our check in a timely manner. You would think he would have taken. The hint to do better when I walked to the bar with an empty cup. We have decided to fight the he traffic at woodruff Rd next time. He did get our order correct at least.

The food is really good. We have been about 3-4 times and it’s consistently delicious. The sweet potato fries with Chipotle ranch are to die for. The burgers are juicy and flavorful. The bison/buffalo burger was a fun try. I usually get the regular beef, but it was cool to try it. My only complaint is I’ve only had one really good server. The rest just kind of seem rushed and like they can’t be bothered. Otherwise, it’s a good time.

Bacon Burger on Steroids was great. Mozzarella medallions were meh.

Bad service ... never got refills on drinks...the salmon on my salad 🙄burnt and the person that was with me had burnt chicken...please make this make sense 🤦🏿 the atmosphere and service use to be excellent at this location...it has gone done TREMENDOUSLY...I really don't think I'll ever eat here again and it's up the street from my house...We where seated by 420p and didn't receive food till after 5p...Very bad service and I wouldn't recommend this location on Augusta Street to nobody... Bad Daddy's you need to do better...

Went there to get a $24 pizza it was sitting on the table in a 12 inch box as a personal pie for $24 and it wasn’t the greatest and it wasn’t hot so I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re rich. They should either charge less or make a bigger pie or better options for that price.

I ordered to go .... it took about 20 minutes to even place my order. My burger was really good. I understand many businesses are short staffed, hopefully my next visit will be better.

The manager don't know how to communicate with her staff with respect I try contacting headquarters and it seem like they don't care enough how thir employees treat thir staff members

The food was very good. I love their fries. Staff was friendly. Very attentive. I would have given 5 stars, but the music was too loud. I'll definitely be back, hoping the music is turned down a bit.

I love the one on woodruff road. I tried the one on August street on DoorDash for lunch. I was extremely disappointed. The burger was undercooked but dry it had no condiments. The salad was old as well. I called the manager and was told since I ordered through a 3rd party I was told that I couldn't get my meal remade and the issue resolved directly through the store. I wouldn't choose this location again.

The food was good, but the receipt was full of hidden charges. We had a $15 burger and a $10 appetizer; it came out to $38 because they charge for refills of sodas and charge extra for a side, after asking what you want for a side without informing the customer that it would be extra, and while refilling drinks without asking or informing that would also be extra (so almost $6 for just the soda, because of one refill). Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and won’t be coming back. You wouldn’t think at a burger bar that a soda, burger, and appetizer of fries would be $38.

Three times a charm! We had dinner here a few weeks ago on a Friday or Saturday. We order a black bean burgers crispy etc, The first time the burgers had cheese, the second time the burgers were grilled, on the wrong buns and the condiments were incorrect. The guy came to the table with the attitude, " what's wrong now"? I told him the burger was grilled and that's not what I order. Also, it had avocado and chiles on it. He said it's fried, I said I'm a chef take this back and get my order right because this is not what I order. My husband kept his grilled burger due to being hungry. I told the guy I wasn't upset, and I wasn't. When my burger came out the third time it was fried and they finally followed instructions. Sour dough, Lettuce, tomato, onions, and no sauce. Although, nothing was expected, but when you make that many mistakes offer the customer something because you don't want to seem insensitive. No biggie, sometimes after you cook all day you want to sit down and order a warm meal. The tater tots had some type of garlic, herb season blend and they were so good! The waitress was really nice, she did take the order with a pen and pad; not sure who dropped the ball. I will check back in one evening to see if the kitchen can earn a glowing review because I very seldom leave anything under 5 stars.

Need to hire more staff, only two people on the floor the bartender was overwhelmed having to answer phone take care of the floor had to wait a long time for her to take my order she did well but she definitely needed some help

Food was lukewarm, waited over 30 min for food to come out, waitress was not that friendly and never came to check on us.

Our server was nice and attentive but the food took over an hour to come out and there was plenty of empty seating. We didn't make a big deal about it but when you're hungry you're hungry.
