Look imma be soooo 100, they are better than chipotle,(no shade) but they are when it comes to customer service and everything, every time I go in there I’ve never ever left Barberitos without being 100% satisfied I Absolutely love the Burrito bowls like on my soul they don’t have enough attention for me honestly but AND GUESS WHAT they are cheapppppp especially for what you get that’s an amazing price. Never had any complaints. I LOVE YOU BARBERITOS.
This was my first visit to this Berberitos, having had good experiences at other stores. The 2 young people working today were 5 star workers. Helpful, kind, and efficient. The food is fresh and tasty. The store is neat and clean. Definitely a place to visit for a quick meal.

First, let me say, I’m from Texas and am not familiar with this place. Second, TayTay was the server helping. She was OUTSTANDING. Friendly, informative, charismatic! Food recommendations were on point, food was delicious. Only two complaints. $1.99 for a tiny cup of guacamole is ridiculous, next the chips were stale. TayTay asked if she could make me more, but there was an issue with their machine. I told her no need for the trouble, the rest of the food was filling and great!! Thank you!I got the spicy chicken quesadilla!!

Customer service was good, restaurant was dirty and food lacked quality. My quesadilla was soggy and my partners burrito lasted 2 bites before breaking apart and with the tortilla being soggy. We were the only ones in there when we got there an hour and a half before closing and tables and stations were dirty.

This has become a monthly event for us after church. The church bulletin discount is a great draw, and the service is absolutely the best. The people at the counter are what keep us coming back above all else!Kid-friendliness: great family atmosphere. kids are given drawing pages. kids meals are just the right size and price.

I haven't been to a Barberitos in a few years but I was craving some excellent guac and remembered how fantastic it was at Barberitos. Went by today and ordered a large guac and one chicken taco. The man behind the counter that helped me first commented on how I looked bored looking at the menu. When I said I wanted one taco he asked me at least 3 times if I was sure and told me I was going to want a second one. Then he asked if I wanted any kind of sauce on my taco. I told him no and finished telling him what I did want. Then he asked me again, "Are you sure you don't want any sauce?" No. When I tell you what I want and don't want then do not ask me multiple times. Also, I don't need someone judging my body language before you even welcome me to the store. So I finally get my food and sit down. The store boasts that everything is fresh but this guacamole was not at all. It was brownish in some parts and tasted like it was going sour. The chips were also stale. The (one) chicken taco was pretty tasty and the sweet tea was very good as well. Overall, I was disappointed in my experience.

I've been eating at Barberitos since my Athens GA days, and this was probably the best burrito I've ever had from there! The guy making it ( I really wish I had gotten his name) is the best I've ever seen at any location. He should be the example of making food and customer service!
