I stopped by this place for a tasty treat recommended by google. I ordered 6 minis and Oreo shake. The minis were alright, rock hard though but decorated beautifully. Highly disappointed about the Oreo Shake, I can’t even finish it: no flavor, no sweetness. First and last here.

Came for the famous snow ice about 40 minutes before close, but the employees said they stop serving 45 minutes before close, so missed out on the snow ice and have never been back.
The cream puffs are good, but ultimately disappointed that service would stop while the store is still opened and I didn’t get the product I drove to Woodruff Rd for.

It was a wonderful surprise to see a favorite treat from Japan here in Greenville, SC! The pastries are absolutely delicious and I love all of the different flavor variations. The service was a bit slow, due to there being only one employee while we were there, but they are worth the wait.

The two young lady staff was annoyed as we walked in was not even close to closing time. Try to order mini puff didnt have them. Ordered 6 puffs 2 of them were worng filling. Take here over 10 mins to make and we were the only cutomer. Didnt say anything to us as we pick up the puff just go back to playing her phone. No wonder y no customers.

Just stopped by at 8:17 p.m. on 7/17/24, realizing they close at 8:30p.m. I get if we showed up at 8:29p.m. that could be a little frustrating, but we didn't. We walk in the door at 8:17p.m. and a girl sweeping the floors, looked up, glared at us, then eventually walked up to the counter. Not even saying a word to us, my wife finally said hi to her, and she replied hi back. My wife then asked her a question about the options they had, and I kid you not, this girl just stared at her and didn't even say a word. I looked at her, looked back at my wife, who was standing there puzzled as to why this girl would not even say anything to us, then looked back at the girl waiting to see if she was even going to say anything. I finally looked back at my wife and said, never mind let's just go, and we walked out. We will never be back at this place after being treated like this by some rude, unprofessional employee.
So yummy! They make everything fresh and put the cream filling in after you order. Highly recommend!

Customer service was terrible the young lady with the dark burgundy hair was extremely rude. I asked her two simple questions and she replied with short snarky answers. She seemed irritated that I was even in the store to buy. The puffs were very bland and lacked structure, falling apart while eating them. Boba was okay, not the best I’ve tried.
