Customer service was terrible the young lady with the dark burgundy hair was extremely rude. I asked her two simple questions and she replied with short snarky answers. She seemed irritated that I was even in the store to buy. The puffs were very bland and lacked structure, falling apart while eating them. Boba was okay, not the best I’ve tried.

Ordered online and when i recieved them, they were bland, had no flavor and was missing several items from my $72 order, the only flavor came from the “pudding” that was inside. The pudding itself was bland and lacked much of any flavor either, would not recommend

Great independent shop for cream puffs. You choose the filling of your choice and they fill them right in front of you. The cream puffs are light and airy and taste wonderful.

Ask for the Ube bubble tea if they recommend a substitute take it. It's soo good. The mini cheese cake are also great and the perfect serving size. Will add a review on the puffs once I finish this but they look awesome.

The chocolate with chocolate filling and Crème brûlée cream puffs are absolutely delicious! The cream puff itself is probably one of the best desserts I’ve ever had! I find many desserts to be overly rich and/or sweet, but these cream puffs are rather refreshing and have just the right amount of sweetness. Highly recommend Beard Papa’s and can’t wait to try more!
Really cute place, great decor. I really wish that they would change the name to Papa's Puffs, and the fact that they don't have plates available is a little bit annoying. Overall, the puff pastries are delicious but require some experience to know how to eat. The Bubbletea is very good but is almost always caffeinated. The room can get a little loud sometimes.

The desserts were great, along with the shakes we got but the wait was very long for us being the only ones there. Now I don’t know if there was any online orders or anything going through but I’m just talking on what I got! But we managed to finish 2 desserts while we waited for our milkshakes.
This is a great little find. We enjoyed the hospitality and friendly crew working on a Sunday. They were informative and patient. The cream puffs are delicious and will definitely be going back.

Wow! What a great find! My husband and I had the chocolate eclair with lemon filling! Yummy!!! I could eat one every day. Goood thing I don't live too nearby. Small enough not to feel too guilty. Great texture and taste!Service was friendly and they didn't mind me working on my laptop while there. Only suggestion, espresso machine!!

An affordable and tasty treat. Our overall favorite was their Japanese cheesecake ? The puffs are good. We were not a huge fan of the chocolate filling. Out of the puffs we tried, my favorite was the churro with vanilla. My son really liked the honey butter with vanilla. The Smores with chocolate was not a hit ?. It's a nice dessert that's not overly sweet.
