I dine here often and never disappointed...but today 8/5 was very underwhelming. I ordered two specialty slices at 6.99 a piece and wanted a refund the minute I opened my box. The cold toppings dumped on my lukewarm pizza that took less than 10 minutes to prepare fell off as soon as I picked the slice up and the pizza was just not good today. Highly disappointed

Wow! Bertolo's Pizza exceeded all our expectations! We celebrated our family while indulging in a slice of pure perfection. The pizza itself was outstanding, yet more variety of foods were offered to those in our party with food allergies. The vibrant, friendly atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. We were able to enjoy the staff who went above and beyond to make our party feel welcomed, solidifying the opinion that this is a must-visit spot! Huge kudos to the staff!

YES, YES, AND YES! Ok, for one, Im not a huge pizza fan, however when I do crave it, I want a good one. Today, I got a great one!! I went in and ordered a 16 inch Supreme and naked wings. Absolutely delicious!!! The toppings were plentiful and cut just right (nobody likes big chunks of veggies). I even ate the crust! Those wings were juicy and tasty! The gentleman that took our order was super nice! I think I've found my pizza home!

I went to Bertolo’s for my first time ever last Thursday. I ordered a meats pizza. Prior to eating this pizza I felt healthier than an OX. But directly after finishing my third slice, I began to feel HORRIBLE. Now, since Thursday I have been experiencing, hands down, the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced. I've now been suffering from vommitting, a 100 temperature, and I haven’t been able to get off the toilet. And it is now almost Sunday.. I wouldn’t wish this food poisoning on my worst enemy.

Wow wow wow 😳!! The calzone and garlic knots were absolutely amazing!!! The dough was so soft and had excellent taste. Fresh ingredients and wonderful staff. Very fair prices too!

I eat at the on in Simpsonville regularly. Sandwiches were great, mozzarella sticks went uneaten by us. The cost escalated quickly for sandwiches for 5.

From out of town and wanted to try local. This place did NOT disappoint!!! Garlic knots were soft and hot with chopped garlic ontop (my sons fav part). Had pizza by the slice and crust was crisp but not burnt. It was delicious. My husband had a supreme slice and it was LOADED with toppings.

The epitome of a classic bar pizza. Perfect crust and always the right amount of delicious sauce. This pizza isn’t fancy but the simple ingredients are done well. On top of that, the customer service is amazing! I’m always met with good energy and a smile. My favorite pizza spot in Greenville!!

I always get the chicken parm with meatballs and meat sauce. It’s one of the best I’ve ever had and the portion is huge. The garlic knots are also super tasty. UPDATE: The same dish on 3/31/23 was awful. The chicken tasted off. I checked and it's fully cooked, however the texture is like a McDonald's McNugget. When I asked the female manager by phone if the food was changed she was really nasty. I won't go back. Sad.
