New Years Eve dinner. Over-priced. Food was just ok till the last course. Beef was 90% fat and gristle, not edible. Desert brownie was heavy and dense.

Love this place for its beauty & service. Just wish the food was better. Appearance & presentation = beautiful. Taste = average. Great place for cocktails in Spirit & Bower!

This is a culinary experience you need to make happen. Patrick and his team take southern American dishes and sprinkle in other cultural angles. Two of the best meals I’ve had in my life. As well, the bartenders (Nolan and Angela) expertly guided my experience.

We stayed at the Grand Bohemian Lodge to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed everything about the breakfast here at Between the Trees. The best part was the service provided by our server, Rene’. He went out of his way to make us feel special. The Lodge breakfast and the French Toast were fabulous—the best cup of coffee.

The food tasted amazing but what you pay for verses the portion you receive doesn’t quite match up. Both my husband and I ate and we left having to stop by a local bakery for a bagel as we were still hungry- our bill was $54 (with tax and tip) for (2) waters and (2) pieces of toast- I had mine ($18) with this delicious goat cheese spread and his had avocado with (3) Brussel sprouts on top ($17). He also ordered a side of chicken ($8.00) to have some protein and it was very dry. They were both listed on the “sharable” section for brunch- but we ordered 1 each so not to share and have as our meal. Even with the chicken, my husband was still hungry. I want to acknowledge that the service we had and the taste of the food were amazing (except for the side of protein), and I love that they support locally grown farmers- but $18 for my one thin slice of toast alone did not make even the taste of it or the service worth it. We are from a big city with restaurants that also support locally grown. Anywhere else, what we purchased would have been $10 each. We won’t be back. We didn’t remotely complain as I take to Google to review.

Came for breakfast, which was delicious (lox on bagel). The absolute best part of the experience was our server, Sarah. Warm, friendly, and calm, she was perfectly attentive. The best service I’ve had in a very long time.

My boss was visiting from out of town so we came to this restaurant for lunch and it did not disappoint! The highlights were the cozy atmosphere (Christmas lights, fires lit) and our waitress, who did an excellent job serving us and was super friendly to boot. Bonus points for these DELICIOUS fall punches we ordered, they were some of the tastiest drinks I’ve had in a while (and packed a pretty good punch if you know what I mean.)

I wish there were a 0-star option so I could give it to these rude people. They messed up my anniversary.

Too bad you were unable to accommodate us with all those empty tables. I noticed the folks in front of us didn't have reservations either. Telling one customer they have to wait over an hour while the others go right in reeks of snobbery.
