Our server from the get go did not seem interested in being there or interested in helping us. She brought out our appetizers which were good, but she disappeared in the back for a long period of time. She brought out our food about 25 minutes after we had finished our appetizers and all of our food items were very cold. The fries were terrible because of how cold they were. I do think the food would have been great had it been warm and we would have left a five star review if the service was better. I was just shocked by how terrible it was.

Appetizers were great. The main meals came out late and didn’t taste warm or fresh. As many have mentioned, service left a lot to be desired. Server seemed a bit out of it. Wouldn’t go back until they can improve their service.

First time here. Well drinks are super super weak for outrageous price. Food mediocre at best. Atmosphere boring. Nah won't be coming back here.

Nice place, but the food is overpriced for bland pub fare. Better food and lower price at other nearby places

We have been twice. Food was mediocre both times and service wasn’t any better. 2 times is enough

First time visit, the photo should speak for itself. I couldn't believe they would even serve that.

I’ve never left a review for a restaurant unless it was to praise them…I’m in the industry and have been my entire life so I’m very patient and understanding. I’m usually the one talking other people with me down because they’re upset about something and I always try to make sense of it and explain it to them. In this case.. at this establishment. I unfortunately was the one having to be calmed down. We came around 8:20-8:25pm on a Wednesday.. the hostess sat us right at the first 4top by the hostess stand. It wasn’t busy at all. There were 2 other tables in that entire dinning room section… maybe 1-2 people at the bar and I think maybe 2 bar tables.
We sat there patiently. After 10-15 minutes I was getting antsy.. because we hadn’t even been greeted yet. Nothing. Literally nothing from anyone and we were right beside the hostess stand. It says you’re opened until 10pm but come 8:35-8:40 the hostess were pulling the shades down.. going outside and grabbing the A frame boards and sweeping around us and spraying and cleaning the high chairs. We still hadn’t even been greeted or acknowledged yet. Come 8:45 we get up to leave and walk out and the same hostess that sat us told us to have a good night. The friend with me turned back and said “A good night from what? I said… we were never greeted.. no one ever came to the table” and she just looked at me and didn’t say a single word. With this being my first visit and interaction I can say I have absolutely no desire to ever return.

Ordered delivery Bacon Cheeseburger Rare - Crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, American cheese, mayo & ketchup. with added Grilled Onions • Jalapeños • Mushrooms. No bun. for only 20$.
Polite managers 'can't do anything when you order online', but how can the restaurant stand by this product? The delivery service was not responsible for this.

We arrived around 1:30 for lunch. The bar seemed busy. But the dining room was only half occupied. There were several tables that had not been cleaned after people had left. The sign said wait to be seated, but no one came up to the front. There were a lot of employees walking around, in and out of the kitchen, but no one came up front to seat us. We finally had to wave to get someone's attention to be seated. All the staff were walking around like zombies. Our server was pleasant but not very attentive. We waited a long time watching the numerous staff wandering around but not doing much. When our food finally came, it was cold. 2 smashburgers fries and onion rings. Pretty basic stuff. The onion rings were very greasy. We asked for ketchup and were given a generic bottle of "anonymous " ketchup. You would think for $17 per burger they could afford a decent brand of ketchup. Needless to say there was nothing about this experience that makes us want to return. We will spend our money somewhere else where they are more interested in their customers and the food justifies the money. This place was neither of those.

The burgers were great and I quickly fell in love with the brussel sprouts. Service was really slow and it took a while to get our food due to them being short staffed.

We ordered Reubens…nothing but fat, and mushy. Worst sandwich we’ve ever had. Don’t go

A very, very impressive cocktail menu, food selection, and amazing staff. Service was spot on and quick. Food selection was huge, but the salads/wraps were amazing. Fries were average. If we were staying around, this would be a must stop again.

Food was just ok. Servings are very small. Prices do not reflect the quality of the food we received. I had the chicken Gyro burger, and it was tasty. Nothing to write home about, but good. My fries were lukewarm at best. Service was inattentive even though the restaurant wasn't busy when we were there.

First time eating at this location. 6 of us decided to get together for New Year's Day lunch after I saw the FB event "Unlimited pancake and pajama party" with regular menu available. We have all eaten at the Mauldin location, so we thought Greenville would be the same quality...WRONG! We stood at the door waiting for someone to acknowledge us for approximately 3 minutes. Logan finally addressed and seated us. He also happened to be our server. My husband ordered a cup of coffee and Logan informed us that they were out of coffee mugs, so my husband brought his travel cup in so he could have coffee. My friend and I each ordered a mimosa carafe. The picture is what Logan brought us (red line is original pour). He informed us that they ran out of carafes, so they filled the glass more. I ordered chicken and waffle brunch item. Logan said they didn't have waffles so it would come with pancakes instead of a Belgian waffle. I chose steak and eggs instead with sourdough toast. My husband ordered the same. My order came with one piece of toast, my husband's came with 2 pieces of toast. 3 of us ordered "donut ice cream" which was on the menu and we pointed to exactly what we wanted. We got the starter item which was "glazed donut holes". What it actually tasted like was fried hush puppies with icing drizzled on top. I asked to speak with the manager. Scott came to the table and I expressed my concerns over the mimosas and unavailability of menu food. He offered his explanations and also offered to make things right. We will not be returning to the Greenville location. We had no complaints about the food quality (except for the donuts), just the quality specific to our orders was lacking. Logan mentioned he was a new employee and he appeared to be a little unfamiliar with his surroundings. Considering the circumstances, he was very pleasant and did his best to provide good service.
