Absolutely wonder experience here!! We have a large travel trailer so we cant do drive-thru. They willingly and kindly came to the door and took my order/payment, got the food ready, held the door open for me, and told me to have safe travels and a wonderful thanksgiving! Best service ever at a bojangles!!
Ordered 2 bacon biscuits. Get to the window to pay, one girl has her mask down under her chin and on her cell phone; doesn’t even look at me. . Another girl finally came to the window and just stared at me. Finally said ‘we outta bacon’. ‘Oh ok. Do you have sausage?’ ‘No’. Then laughs under her mask. The store was extremely clean and the manager on duty was very kind. The worker at the register greeted with a big smile and made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. The chicken biscuit was perfection—crispy, buttery, and full of flavor. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive, creating a positive dining experience. The unique Bo sauce has a hint of horseradish, not spicy but cool.
