April 13th at 5:30 I was the only customer in the store,the entire staff was hanging out in the lobby or outside, it took forever for them to take my order and never got any food to come. I finally asked for my money back, the situation with the staff became I felt unsafe and I left with no food and no money back. I just got robbed by the staff at Bojangles .it is not safe in this store. I will never go back even if the food was free .

I went there and ordered a #9. And the new bird dog combo. Not only did they forget to season anything they forget the biscuit in the #9I understand that your employees hate their job and don't want to be at work. But thats my money I'm spending. If I pay for something I like to get it. Either hire ppl that will do their job or make sure the incompetent employees you do have know how to do theirs.

You could tell it was near closing time and some of the folks in the back were ready to go home. The front line was very nice, seemed embarrassed about the kitchen help. Food was ok, not their usual quality.

Made fresh taste fresh ? that bo sauce hits!!@ its a lil horse radish but not spicy kinda cool like a ranch but it's not ranch. This particular Bojangles has fresh great food but its customer service is not aligned with the good food. I have been here 3 times within a 3 week period, and every time I ask for a 2/3 piece breast dinner, they give me thighs instead of breast, it’s like they don’t know the difference between breast or thighs and if they don’t it makes you wonder how they were trained.

I ordered 22 biscuits for our office and had excellent service. I am handicapped so they carried the box out to the car for me!Parking: Both handicap parking spaces were taken but no one in the dining room - made me wonder where the handicap people were. I was able to park right next to the marked handicap parking so it ended up being fine.

How does this location stop taking orders at 9:40 when the establish doesn’t close until 10p? I was told I couldn’t place an order but yet a car that pulled in about 1 minute before me was able to. I understand not taking a larger order that time of night but to shut down orders completely at 9:40p just so you don’t have to do anything the last 20 minutes is wild. Change your hours to 9:45p if nobody can order after then..
