Placed a large to go order online. The food wasn’t quite ready when I got there, but the employees were very friendly. We chatted a little while food came up quickly nice and hot. One of the employees gave me a tip about the hot sauce in the ranch, definitely did not disappoint. Very positive atmosphere 10 out of 10 will return.

Visited through the drive through. Was never given an order total or a receipt. Will be checking my credit card statement. Ordered two piece leg and thigh meal. It took 20 minutes for cole slaw to be prepared. I would have picked something else, had I known. The cold Cole slaw was placed in the box with the hot chicken, Mac & cheese and biscuit. This used to be a great restaurant, but this location has really gone down hill.

The General Manager was awesome!!! Food was perfect!!! It's been a while since I've seen good service at ANY RESTAURANT but these guys deserve a thumbs up!!!!
we were driving and were hungry so we stopped as this location. workers were super nice and friendly, and service was great! we had a large order and they got everything correct, including condiments. chicken was juicy, the biscuits were fresh, and food tasted so great that we all agreed this was one of the best locations we have been to! highly recommend for anyone in the area!

There's 3 people parked waiting for food because they are worried about drive thru time. Maybe you guys need to actually work instead of bullshit in the kitchen. I ordered a basic meal, it should be ready. I shouldn't have to wait 15 min in a parking spot after paying. Will not be coming back to this location. 0 stars on service. I'd really like a refund.
