There's 3 people parked waiting for food because they are worried about drive thru time. Maybe you guys need to actually work instead of bullshit in the kitchen. I ordered a basic meal, it should be ready. I shouldn't have to wait 15 min in a parking spot after paying. Will not be coming back to this location. 0 stars on service. I'd really like a refund.

Ordered the 5 piece chicken supremes and half of them are the size of nuggets. This is just unacceptable. Otherwise Great service and friendly staff. That’s the only reason you get 2 stars.

Open when the power went out in this whole area from Hurricane Helene. Worked really hard with the drive thru wrapped around the building twice and 4 lanes of customers inside. One of the only places open in this area. They did a great job and I hope they get paid a special bonus for their service to the community. I went at 12pm and it’s 5pm now and the line is just as busy. Must be the craziest shift. Thanks to all the workers for getting everyone chicken ?
We went to this location last night as a large school group/volleyball team. I did not want to go as our local Bojangles in our town has awful food and worse service. We walked in to smiling faces last night. The lady at the register smiled the whole time. Was very patient with the younger kids when they were ordering and helping them. They checked on us to see if they could do anything and to make sure we had everything we needed. Apologized for the wait, even though I thought it was super fast service. Thanks Quiona, Santoria, Jay, Tia, and Sequoya! Y’all are rockstars. Never once looked frustrated or aggravated. I have never seen a fast food restaurant where everybody was happy. Go to Bojangles on White Horse rd Greenville! Food was great but the service was top notch!
Ordered a 5 piece supreme with large dirty rice. And I get a 3 piece with fries that was cold. Worst bojanges I’ve ever ate at. This is now the last 4 times I’ve been there. Super rude and does not care about the customers. This was my last visit
