North pleasantburg drive store was not open when indicated. I could see lights and smell food and what was likely the opening mngrs car in back. I drove thru twice, last attempt at 5:47. I really wanted to try the new breakfast burrito. No bad reflection on the mngr. She/he clearly had no help. Been going to Bo's 25 years now. Guess no one wants to work.

Staff was incredibly polite and helpful! The food was on point! Our kids loved nostalgic atmosphere (70s/80s decor still in tact 😁)! Only knock is the bathrooms. Worth the visit!

Been eating here ever since they opened and it's shameful this store has completely went downhill. Went thru the drive thru this morning ordered and they got my order wrong. Had to pull back thru because the lobby hardly ever open for them to fix it. The attitude I got made me think I had cooked the food incorrectly and put the wrong items in bag messing up the order. Can't get a order correct no matter what time of day you go. You gonna be in line 30 minutes even if you the only person there. Tea always disgusting and that was one the biggest things about going to BoJo tea use to be 🔥🔥🔥 now it's weak with barely a lick of sugar. This the south how you mess up sweet tea??? Rude employees... Whole store just 🗑️ only other BoJos is on opposite sides of town but I won't be going back here IDC if I'm starving. Might as well had thrown $22 out the window this morning. Shameful

Minister Zyques Wilson (the name given) was awesome. Best customer service I have seen there since I've been coming. It was just his personality & promptness. He was working hard and showed care. Others have been good but he stood out. Keep him around!!!

The wait was kinda long but we did order 2 family meals. The manager was very friendly and professional. She assured everything was in the bag hot and fresh and she was right. It was all there and hot. The food was great!! Thank you

Placed a family special order online on the Bojangles website, went to go pick up at the time it was due to be ready. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes before telling them I was picking up an order. Order ticket hadn't even been pulled off the printer to start prepping. I was patient because they were busy and there was a young man obviously new on the team just trying to learn.
We continued to wait, had to remind the people working at the counter multiple times what order I was waiting on, and watched them continue not working on my order.
Finally they started working on our order, 30 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up. It took 15 minutes to pull the order together because the team obviously was not functioning well and was not prepared or staffed properly.
The ordering website needs to indicate how long the real wait time was because we wouldn't have wasted an hour trying to get lunch on Mother's Day.

got there at 9:30 pm, went thru the drive thru and waited for 10 mins no communication whatsoever, store hours close at 10 pm, if you wanna close earlier at least put a sign to not let people waste their time. WERE
