got there at 9:30 pm, went thru the drive thru and waited for 10 mins no communication whatsoever, store hours close at 10 pm, if you wanna close earlier at least put a sign to not let people waste their time. WERE

Went to pick up my food before work and an employee was obviously looking at my butt and yelled “do you go to the gym?” as I was walking out and was making comments about my looks under his breath the entire time I was waiting on my order. I should be able to pick up food without being sexually harassed.

Got to the speaker had to wait 15-20 minutes and when I finally get to the window Im waiting another 15-20 minutes for a LARGE FRY and my thing is they were fully staffed with no customers in line nor inside. Definitely won’t be back at this location!

It’s a Thursday Morning I just got off an overnight 14hr shift, it is about 10:45am and I’m hungry. Business at Bojangles is moderate and not too busy. So I decided to pull into the drive thru, I place an order for a tender combo meal w/ an extra honey mustard, and one Bo Berry Biscuit with extra icing. When I place my order I was asked, if I could wait 5-8min while the tenders cooked. I said yes. I pull around and wait…. 5 min turned into 8 min, 8 min turned into 10 min, 10 min turned into 15 min. I walk inside and proceed to wait about 5 more minutes! I finally get my food but after waiting way longer than promised, I also left without my Bo Berry Biscuit and did not notice this fact until I got home… 20min away!
Pretty basic Bojangles. And just like any Bojangles their biscuits are always the bomb diggity. Light, fluffy and buttery.
