This Bojangles genuinely has the best customer service of any fast food place I have eaten at. The workers recognize my family coming in and always have great conversation, service, and food. I genuinely love walking in the door and seeing our new friends that work here. The food is always warm and good, the service is always fast, and the employees are always smiling and welcoming. I just adore this place!

Went to this location Wednesday July 16 2025 after church with a couple of church friends, my friends got there ahead of me and had already gotten their food and was eating so I go in and stand at the register for several minutes to the point I started to just say forget this and not order anything, then finally a girl walks over and took my order, not friendly at all and acts like I am an inconvenience and she doesn't want to be there, we come to this location often with church friends and on occasion we will get an employee that is somewhat friendly/nice but that's rare. Management definitely needs to have a talk with their employees or send them to a class or something. If you just don't like your job or you're not a people person then you need to quit, you are having to serve the public. But then again a place of business is only going to be as good as the one managing it so maybe that's the problem, corporate definitely needs to look into this location on North Pleasantburg Dr

Rude workers and forced to pull up being the ONLY one in the drive through…..food STILL took 20 minutes and I had to go inside to get it myself….as someone who works in the service industry and has to help the general public I can tell you that behavior would get me in a lot of trouble or terminated….im not sure who is over this location but you really need to look at the amount of your reviews that have the SAME experiences

Ordered boberry biscuits fresh and they were ready in less than ten minutes. Staff is friendly!

I ordered SOFT biscuits for breakfast sandwiches. Walked to the car felt them they were hard, walked back in let them know. She took the bag in the back opened the sandwich they said they were soft, gave me same ones back. I have had good and bad experiences here with the same problem. Usually when I take them back I get an attitude but at least I get soft biscuit back. Crunchy biscuits are not soft.

I used to go to this one all the time since it’s down the road from my house. Now i drive all the way to the wade Hampton one because the last 5 times ive gone my chicken and fries have tasted like they’ve been overcooked and left out for 5 hours.

Asked if I could get potatoes instead of rice in my grilled chicken rice bowl and was told that was not an option even after I said I would pay extra. food was disgusting.
