Unfortunately went there for my wife's birthday and what a disappointment. Very small portions and poor quality food. It was shocking to see the difference between the advertised dishes to the actual dish they give you at the restaurant. My wife’s salmon was 3 by 2 inches and almost $30 and my chimichurri steak was a disaster. DO NOT GO, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Always enjoy going to Bonefish Grill. The Bang Bang shrimp appetizer was delicious and the fish dinners were spot on! Elle, our server, was friendly and prompt with service!

We had visited here once previously and had an excellent experience. Today, we made a reservation for a very off-peak time, 4:15 PM. We were promptly seated. We sat for some time, were never greeted by a server. The hostess who seated us passed by our table several times but never spoke. There were no more than four tables occupied in the dining room and plenty of staff. Numerous other staff members passed our table, again, not a word. We finally decided to leave as it seemed we were not going to see a server. On the way out, I asked for a manager. I politely shared our experience, he replied “I'm sorry”, but nothing else. Maybe we just hit a bad time, maybe someone's wires were crossed that was supposed to serve our section, I don't know. Maybe this was an outlier and others may have a better experience. I hope so.

Bonefish always presents a wonderful dining experience. Our waitress was wonderful and food was delicious as always. One of our favorite restaurants!

Arrived 10 minutes early had our booth ready. Temperature of the room was good. Food was great. Had lobster stuffed shrimp. Generous portion, 6 shrimp, vegetable and rice. All delicious. In addition, enjoyed their corn chowder and lobster soup. All in all a very enjoyable dinning experience.

Waitress never returned and asked if we wanted second drinks, brought our tickets without asking if we needed anything else, and never returned to fill drinks, etc

Not a great experience. As we were seated, we made our waitress aware of specific dietary needs. No bread please which was ignored. No carbs instead asking for fresh vegetables which were not very fresh. Waitress was not very attentive. After taking our order, food and drinks were delayed and it was not a busy time as most of the restaurant was empty. Shrimp appetizer was not delivered as an appetizer and not very timely before our entrees were served. Drinks were not refilled without us tracking down our waitress. Entrees were just average...Asparagus was obviously previously cooked earlier and luke warm. Tuna was not the best quality. Will not be returning.

Bonefish Grill is our ‘go-to seafood restaurant' in the Upstate. Terrific, always improving menu, superb service and a great atmosphere. We find that Sunday evenings are a great time to avoid the crowds. I was slightly disappointed to learn that the 2, $10 e-cerfiticantes that I had (to accompany my $50 gift card) could not be used. I was only able to use 1.

After a very good lunch here, we came for dinner with the same expectations of the food. My husband ordered Chilean Sea Bass which was cut in such a way it looked like a swordfish filet. Never ever have we seen such a badly cut sea bass. It should have been a scrap because it tasted so fishy and unappealing in every sense. As one of the priciest items on the menu at $39.00 you'd expect it to be edible. I'd rather pay $54.00 at Coral where they serve edible fish. My butterfish was okay but nothing like it was the first time we were there for lunch. My husband ate part of it but he s hi Luke have sent it back. The manager apologized and offered to bring something else but by then we weren't interested. What bothers me the most is that the chef would actually send out a sea bass that looked that butchered. You'd never guess that's what it was by looking at it and sea bass is pretty distinguishable. Maybe best to not go in a Sunday night when they have the third string on in the kitchen.

⸻ I've eaten here no less than 50 times, and this was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. Our server, Genesis, was not busy at all, as the restaurant wasn't full. We placed our drink order before happy hour ended, but only two of the three drinks were brought out. We waited another 10–15 minutes for the last one. We ordered bang bang shrimp and more bread, and when asked if we were ready to order entrées, we weren't quite ready yet. She left and didn't return for about 15 minutes. When we finally tried to place our order, we were told they were out of Brussels sprouts, so we needed another moment. After that, she didn't come back for at least 25 minutes, and we had to flag down another server just to find her—still with no shrimp or bread. When she eventually took our meal order, we mentioned again that we were still waiting on the appetizers. It wasn't until the manager came by to discuss a modification to our meals that we brought it up once more, and only then did the bang bang shrimp come out. The bread followed another 5–10 minutes later. To be clear, the food was delicious, and we still tipped well—but the service was extremely disappointing, especially given how many great experiences we've had here in the past.

Good food. Good service. The Salmon brunch special was very good served w very fresh steamed broccoli. The Chicken Marsala was a little too sweet for our liking. Service was great!

Kelly N. has been our waiter before. She remembered us. She has a great personality and provided great and prompt service. The food at Bonefish is always excellent!

I love the seasonal Swordfish & Pumpkin Ravioli meal & have it twice every year at. Bonefish. I explicitly while ordering stated that I did not want dry overcooked swordfish requesting it to be very moist in the filet. Either the request was ignored by the waiter or the cook, but I got very overcooked dry swordfish. While requesting to have it replaced, the waiter switched mine with another's at our table on the premise that the other one was the moist entree. Now two of us have dry swordfish & we have Sunday School in 40 minutes, so our group ate crappy swordfish. I might not return. Extremely dissatisfied.

we aways get the imperial seafood dip as an appetizer. Its filling and big enough for three to four people as a light appetizer. Their quality and flavors never disappoint.
