Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Normally good, but my husband just brought me home a brownie sundae and there was a brown hair in it 😱🥺😭. Really wanted that sundae!

I was not able to buy anything from here because they do not have tap to pay. Other Bruster Ice Cream shops in Greenville, SC, have it.

The manager also said that they will not do tap to pay in the future despite customer complaints.

I care very much about credit card fraud and that is why I do tap to pay which is saves much from credit card fraud.

I also get reward points when I do tap to pay with my credit card from my mobile phone.

I was not able to pay here because they do not accept any tap to pay which is common in every ice cream shop including other Bruster ice cream shops in this area.

Brusters is always a treat, but I think this one is special. I was having a rough day so I went by this one to get a peanut butter cup sundae, and the redhead girl with the braids working on 9/5 has my WHOLE HEART. Not only did she offer to make my sundae with a different ice cream flavor than usual which I am never offered usually, but she was also just super sweet in general and gave me a FAT STACK of coupons!!! The sundae is much better with Butterfinger ice cream!! To whoever served me today, you are the golden standard of customer service and I hope you get a raise because you brightened my pretty awful day. I will definitely be coming back!

My son & I visit on the regular. We love the ice cream and the service is always great!

Got dubai ice cream there is supposed to be stuff mixed throughout the ice cream there was not just some pistachios sprinkled on top I dont know who is running this Brusters but its a shame compared to the others in the area

Fabulous ice cream. Kid sizes for adults who want to indulge just a little. Best butter pecan ice cream I've ever eaten.

I ordered a Hot fudge Sunday and got handed a cup with a scoop of vanilla and cold chocolate syrup, no whip cream no cherry, so I hand it back and say I want hot fudge not chocolate syrup, there IS a difference, after a couple minutes they hand me another cup with a very small amount of cold chocolate fudge and 80% of the cup was filled with whip cream. I only expected to get what I paid for, really felt like they had an attitude towards me from the get go. Bs do better

Last week the attendant for got our pecans on our banana split and we asked for large scoops of butter pecan for my mom. Hot fudge sundae wiith with no wip cream or cherry. Messed that order up as well. Same old tiny cup. To busy talking conspiracy theories with co worker . Today was given ice cream that was encased in ice and my mom was given a child's tiny cup of two teany scoops of butter pecan. This location needs to close or get better representation of your stores cleanliness as well as the staffs. Service that completes a customers order not incomplete service.
