Went here tonight and ordered two pints. The ice cream that I received was so soft I wouldn't even consider it ice cream, more like marshmallow fluff. Very disappointed in the quality of the product and will not be returning.

Consider updating your Holiday Hours. I missed an important gathering because this specific location wasn't prepared to honor my order based off their 11:00 am opening hour.

I love Bruster's but hate paying almost $6 for a regular two scoop sundae.

Marie K kept the store open longer to help us, which was the one thing that brightened my day.

Really fun, engaging employees. Ice cream good and serving size just right.

A nice man at the counter helped me out, he had a bit of a strong southern accent on him that was hard to understand but he was a great scooper

I had a cotton candy explosion cone and it was delicious!! They have waffle cones, sugar cones, cake cones, sundaes and slushies. You can sample any flavor you wish!

We don’t normally go to Brusters, but the convenience of the drive thru caused us to give it a try. Definitely not worth it.We ordered three kids sized cones and one milkshake. First, the employees let the ice cream sit in the drive thru window and melt all over the place while processing our payment. Second, the chocolate milkshake is not chocolate ice cream - it’s vanilla with chocolate syrup and was not mixed well. We were also expecting scooped ice cream, but the texture was like a whipped soft serve sort of texture (even though it wasn’t soft serve). While my husband was carefully trying to clean up my 3-year-old’s ice cream for him (because it was a melted mess from sitting out) the cone broke and fell apart because all the ice cream was on top, none inside the cone, and was a complete loss. Luckily, my 5 year old was willing to give his to his younger brother since they had the same flavor, and I gave him mine.I never imagined I’d be getting picky about ice cream - even bad ice cream is still ice cream, right? Eh, I guess. But for $5 per person, it needs to be better than that.

Very yummy ice cream and a friendly staff. Uncovered outdoor seating only.

Most inconsistent serving sizes in the South. Ordered a three scoop hot fudge sundae. Got three teeny tiny scoops and a drizzle of fudge. There was more fudge smeared on the outside of the cup than there was on the ice cream. From now on I will buy Turkey Hill ice ceam and save my hard earned money for real treats.

I don't know why I continue to come to this location, and after today, I won't anymore. the consistency of the ice cream has slowly gotten worse over time, and the customer service is terrible. This evening I had to send an item back because of the consistency and could hear all of the employees in there making a big deal of it. They also dumped the ice cream back in the container. The new cone I received was tossed out of the window, by myself, right as I drove off. At that point I had lost my appetite for ice cream. Goodbye $5.

Great for late night ice cream. The portion size is massive

Ordered 2 banana splits: one had a hair in it. Got a replacement tonight: No bananas. First if all, employees should wear hair nets. Secondly, proper training with emphases on customer service. I think I am finished patronizing Bruster's.
