We used to go every week for the half off banana split Thursdays and now they said we aren’t allowed to change the toppings or any of the flavors. Customer appreciation nights are $3 at other locations this one is $4 if they even participate. Do yourself a favor and Drive a bit further to the other locations

Slow .. but good ice cream. I think Brewster's needs a better ordering system. Customers should get a numbered ticket while waiting for their ice cream to be prepared. They were handing out one desert about every 10 minutes when there were at least 40 people waiting for their order or in line. It was total mayhem. Work smarter not harder it's common sense. Its confusing for customers when the order is being called out as a banana split instead of order #17 or something like that. It appeared several people got banana splits at the same time. Very disorganized but friendly and professional.
Bruster’s on Pelham Road in Greenville SC is my absolute favorite spot for ice cream! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making each visit enjoyable. My Goldendoodle can’t get enough of their Pup Cups, and I have to say their Double Chocolate Chunk is hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had. With convenient hours and consistently fresh flavors, it’s the perfect stop whether I’m craving a sweet treat or grabbing something for my pup. Highly recommend!

Ordered kids cup white chocolate truffle made with Oat Milk and small strawberry milkshake. Got to window, they have no white chocolate truffle, 1st mistake: no communication amongst the employees, which this should have been made aware to customers when ordering, especially to customers who have dairy issues. At the window got Strawberry Banana flavor made with oat milk, since that was the only other option. 2nd issue, employee at the window cannot count change when given cash. Order $10.13, gave employee $20.13, change to customer $9.10, REALLY!!!! $10 should of been the change. Headed to Greer for next Brewsters order........
