The ice cream is good and everyone that works there is always amazing and extremely friendly. I am taking off two stars for two of the following issues that more or less have to do with the ownership/management. 1- Why do you not have ice water at an ice cream shop in the summer? It is hot. Slow .. but good ice cream. I think Brewster's needs a better ordering system. Customers should get a numbered ticket while waiting for their ice cream to be prepared. They were handing out one desert about every 10 minutes when there were at least 40 people waiting for their order or in line. It was total mayhem. Work smarter not harder it's common sense. Its confusing for customers when the order is being called out as a banana split instead of order #17 or something...

Bruster’s on Pelham Road in Greenville SC is my absolute favorite spot for ice cream! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making each visit enjoyable. My Goldendoodle can’t get enough of their Pup Cups, and I have to say their Double Chocolate Chunk is hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had. With convenient hours and consistently fresh flavors, it’s the perfect stop whether I’m craving a sweet treat or grabbing something for my pup. Highly recommend!
