Don’t waste your time and go straight to wingstop.
We walked in at about 7:30pm on a Sunday. There were 5 of us and we waited for over 20 minutes for a table. There were at least 10 tables available but they refused to seat us. Once we got seated our waitress didn’t see us for another 10 minutes. We got our drinks and they were fine. Then we ordered our food and it came out in about 45 minutes.
One person in our party ordered the buffalo wings and honey barbecue wings and they BOTH came out dry and semi cold. The only thing that made them hot was the hot sauce. He got the Mac and cheese as well. They completely forgot it at first. Once we reminded them they came out with it. As soon as we looked at it we saw it was wrong. It looked crusty and moldy. We sent it back and got another one. When that one came out it looked to be the same one, just microwaved for 30 seconds. The chicken lowkey tasted like rocks. When the waiter came back with drink refills of SWEET tea, they gave us UNSWEETENED tea.
The service was just awful. Our waiter seemed to be ignoring our table just because there was more of us. She didn’t pay attention to what we said and took her precious, sweet time. They kept saying they were under staffed. The manager never did anything to help out.
The appearance of the place was DISGUSTING. There was trash all over the floor and the table was sticky after they said they “cleaned it”. There were dirty plates and cups on tables that no one was at for a good 20 minutes before they finally cleaned them.
Over all the food was trash, the service was slow and the appearance was disgraceful. I don’t know why we waisted our time AND money at this place when we could have had it SO SO SOOO much better at wingstop. 1/5 would not recommend.

Don’t waste your money here go to wingstop or Cracker Barrel instead. Wings came out dry and cold and had looked like they had been sitting out for a while. The only thing that made the buffalo wings semi warm was the sauce. I also ordered the Mac and cheese but it came out looking moldy dry and tasted like baby food. We asked for it to be redone but when it came back looking like it had just been microwaved for about 15 seconds. Someone else in my party ordered the chicken parm melt. It came out smoking hot but looking old which further proves my point of them heating food up in the microwave. Someone else also order the chicken wrap which was dry and old. Some else ordered the beer cheese steak which came out looking old.
Service was disappointing. Waitress avoided our table because of all of our requests. Seemed annoyed that we wanted the old Mac and cheese redone. She took her sweet time on our requests for more drinks and more ketchup.
Atmosphere was nasty. Many tables nasty floor was covered in trash and our table had sticky sauce on it left from previous costumers.
Overall just don’t come your better off saving the gas and going to wingstop or Cracker Barrel.

Buffalo Wild Wings is Buffalo Wild Wings, right? The food is exactly what you expect: nothing to write home about, but when you want it, you want it.
But let me tell you, the Greenville location on Woodruff Road has at least one absolutely phenomenal bartender. We had a pretty long day yesterday and were still about 45 minutes from home when we wandered in for a break and a bite and were lucky enough to sit at the bar with Jace. I have never experienced a more personable bartender at a national chain. He was so friendly and fun, and he took a place with an overall 3.6 and turned it into a 5-Star experience.
If anyone reading this is in a position to do so, you need to make sure you do everything you can to keep Jace on staff. Thank you!

Wont be back. The manager is money hungry she insisted on me paying for my meal even though there was hair in my ranch. Then proceeded to ask was there still food on my plate if so she’d give me a discount which it shouldn’t matter. she know she wouldn’t want to eat or pay for something like that. That’s nasty point blank period.

Did delivery. They gave me about six full onion rings for 7.49. More than a dollar a piece. Small street tacos for more than 5.00 each. No napkins include nor utensils. 8 spoon fulls of Chili Slaw for about 5.50. I canceled the wings because after reviewing the reviews I thought it was a bad idea. They still billed me for the dipping sauces which had about a tablespoon of sauce in each Solo cup and cost about 75 cents.

My husband and I went on a Saturday evening. When we got there, it was a little early for dinner so we ordered a couple of beers and fried pickles. Our Server, Meleny, was very nice. We received our beers and pickles. The pickles were very good but needed salt. Our salt shaker had alot of salt but it would not come out. We asked our Server to get us a different salt shaker and she did. However, she must not have tried it because the salt would not come out of it either! We ordered 20 wings, half with Lemon Pepper seasoning and half Teriyaki, with a side of fries. We received our check. I had a Visa gift card with a little balance on it so we gave the gift card and a credit card to Meleny to pay the bill. Shortly thereafter, a guy comes over with the gift card and says there was no balance on it. So, we just paid with the credit card and left. When we got home, I called the number on the gift card and sure enough, there was a balance on it!!! He just didn't want to take the time to run it properly. It was a bit loud as we had to raise our voices in order to have a conversation and be heard. Other than all that, the food was good.
We had a great experience! Gabi was our server and she was very kind and attentive. We frequent this location often and have yet to have a pour experience! Definitely a great spot to eat especially on their wing deal nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays!

Was very impressed with the service. Taylor was very attentive and was right on time with my drink when it was low. Very prompt in taking outr order, as well as getting it to us while it was still hot and fresh.

Ordered food to go about 40 minutes before arriving and when I came inside, nobody was at the counter for about 15 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes before the food was ready, but it took another 30-40 minutes. I already pre paid so I had no choice but to wait. Won't be back.
