Buffalo Wild Wings

My husband and I went on a Saturday evening. When we got there, it was a little early for dinner so we ordered a couple of beers and fried pickles. Our Server, Meleny, was very nice. We received our beers and pickles. The pickles were very good but needed salt. Our salt shaker had alot of salt but it would not come out. We asked our Server to get us a different salt shaker and she did. However, she must not have tried it because the salt would not come out of it either! We ordered 20 wings, half with Lemon Pepper seasoning and half Teriyaki, with a side of fries. We received our check. I had a Visa gift card with a little balance on it so we gave the gift card and a credit card to Meleny to pay the bill. Shortly thereafter, a guy comes over with the gift card and says there was no balance on it. So, we just paid with the credit card and left. When we got home, I called the number on the gift card and sure enough, there was a balance on it!!! He just didn't want to take the time to run it properly. It was a bit loud as we had to raise our voices in order to have a conversation and be heard. Other than all that, the food was good.

We had a great experience! Gabi was our server and she was very kind and attentive. We frequent this location often and have yet to have a pour experience! Definitely a great spot to eat especially on their wing deal nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays!

Was very impressed with the service. Taylor was very attentive and was right on time with my drink when it was low. Very prompt in taking outr order, as well as getting it to us while it was still hot and fresh.

Ordered food to go about 40 minutes before arriving and when I came inside, nobody was at the counter for about 15 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes before the food was ready, but it took another 30-40 minutes. I already pre paid so I had no choice but to wait. Won't be back.

I will never visit this restaurant again. Service was absolutely terrible. Had multiple waiters look at us and ignored us and helped other patrons that came in after us. Service was the worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant.

The worst service. Waited 15 mins for someone to walk up to sit us. Was sat for 20 mins, no one came to take our order or great the table at all. The tables and ground were sticky. 0/10 will not be back.

Food was pretty good. Prices were decent. Service was terrible. I NEVER complain, but I scanned the QR on the table and filled out the survey. It was my birthday and I was so excited to go out… my day was absolutely NOT made!

Went back. Not many people were there. Service was on the slow side. Waitress wasn’t the nicest. Food not that great either.

Place smelled like B.O. as soon as you walked through the door. It looked like a huge high school cafeteria and not very anesthetically pleasing. It was very loud with mainly college kids. You couldnt hear the person next to you. I ended up leaving before I was seated.

An awful experience at this location! Took 15 minutes to seat us in a pretty empty dining room. Then 1 hour and 45 mins to dine because service was incredibly slow. An hour in we finally got our appetizers and entrees! Drinks stayed empty. We had unlimited appetizers for the table but they were so slow to bring anything out we just gave up. I’m sure that was on purpose to get customers to not order as mush and leave. 2/10 honestly do not recommend this location.

Went on a Wednesday evening at 6pm and was sat immediately due to a nearly empty dining room. Decided to leave after waiting 25 minutes without being talked to by staff. No drink order or anything.

Don’t come here after 5pm on any day unless you are in the mood for zero customer service. The service becomes more worse the later it is in the evening. The food is decent but you will have to wait for workers to stop talking in corners to come help you. I have had this happen on multiple occasions. It’s just not worth the wait.
