Buffalo Wild Wings

A friend and I went out last night. We waited 15 minutes before our server came to take our drink order. We each ordered a cocktail and a water. We put in an order for two appetizers. Our cocktails arrived and our waters never did. Our nachos came out and they were cold. We asked for them to be remade and put in drink orders for another cocktail and a white claw. My white claw arrived flat and was warm. At this point we had been sitting for over an hour and asked for the manager. Luckily we got our food taken off and only paid for the cocktails. The waitress was terrible, we were not the only table complaining about her.

The service was quick. We had our food in less than 10 minutes after ordering. The server was very nice. She had a lot of patience with us. I got a burger based on the recommendation of a friend and it was pretty good. I would have loved a little more seasoning on the burger, but my taste buds are just set up a little different. The person who was with me really enjoyed the burger. The wings were cooked to perfection. We had dry lemon pepper, Asian zing, and Caribbean jerk wings. If you're wanting to avoid the crowds, we went around 11:15 a.m. and it wasn't too crowded at all. We noticed a lunch crowd starting when we were leaving a little after 12:00 p.m. noon.
I will definitely visit this place again.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Absolutely a terrible experience. Management and staff are so unprofessional and rude. I could hear the staff talking bad about my table of friends, and the server was purposely ignoring us, even when we were asking for water. Food was horrible. Management allowed him to behave like this. Never go here

Fast service and the food was fresh & delicious.

Appetizers was good. Wings and burger sucked!

These people have the opportunity to make so much money , yet the management can not coordinate seating and people are being turned away at the door. Dozens of empty tables, and the wait to be seated has exceeded 30 min on a Sunday night. They are far from what the use to be.

Went there today walked in. Stood there over 5 mins with no one coming over to get our names for s table. We even had waitresses walk past us. This place used to be great but the last 4 times we have went the customer service has gone out the window. It's like you are a nuisance by being there. The tvs are also turned up deafening loud and I can't even hear good as it is.

It’s been a while since my husband and I ate here and it was TERRIBLE!!! The policy now is as soon as the food is hot it’s brought out to your table, one item at a time! I ordered the sampler platter, as my meal and half of it was cold when it was brought out, so there goes that policy!! I’m eating for a whole 20mins, while my husband waits on his wings and fries!! His fries were brought out first and getting cold while he waits on his wings which still had not come out 30mins later, so he cancelled them!!! My grand baby had boneless chicken and fries and it took over 30mins to get her food!! This place has gone wayyyyyyy down and giving it another try was a mistake!! It was only 3 of us, if you have a large group, you will NOT be eating together!! One of the managers did comp the platter and the wings he never got and that was appreciated but this place is OFF our list!!

Literally the worst location of any restaurant I have ever been to EVER. Do not waste your time or money or energy.

Service was the real issue. They could have made so much more on us but they just took forever in getting drinks to us - we actually wanted more alcohol, but they just took so long, like 15-20 mins to make drinks.

Burger was really good and our very slow server was very nice/sweet, just ridiculously slow.

Went on a Friday, place was not very busy.

Was seated almost immediately, drink took over 20 minutes to come out, my entree came out but from then it was five minutes later that the babies food came out and my wife never got her food.

Won’t be going back, it was a major disappointment
