Bulgogi Korean Grill

I order from this place every Friday. I look forward to it during the week. It’s my special treat. Bulgogi is awesome.

BUT…. every time I come in every person that has ever greeted me has had a genuine smile on their face. Even though I’m just ordering takeout and no tips are involved they really make it seem like they care.

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever left a restaurant review on Google. Wow, I love the food but, i’m more leaving this for the owner and for the Young people working on Friday night we’re doing their best to help this small newish restaurant make a difference. Keep up the good work.

I hate leaving a mediocre review on a family restaurant but I have to be honest. Maybe the bbq meat dishes are decent, but we had the seafood ddukbokki and the black bean noodles and both dishes were very meh. Given the extremely slow service (we waited 30 min) and the high prices ($19 for the ddukbokki!) I cannot give this restaurant any more than 3 stars. Sorry but the best Korean food in Greenville is at Arisu1099.

My lunchtime meal of bulgogi was superb. Tender meat, good fried rice and a crisp salad. Last night I went for dinner. The meat was tough and burnt, the cabbage and onion were raw on the metal plate, and it was a poor imitation of their lunchtime fare. Maybe the cooks are different in the evening.

We LOVED this resturant! The staff were so warm and friendly and answered any questions we had.

The cheese wonton were delicious, along with the ginger salad - we couldn't stop eating! We got the beef bulgogi and the veggie japchea and are way too much.

We love this reaturant - its our favorite gem.

I picked up an order of beef bulgogi and the fried chicken. All of the beef pieces were burnt and dry. Unfortunately, the taste of burnt beet (not charred like a steak but burnt) had a taste almost like lighter fluid. The taste was comparable to cooking food on charcoal that wasn't completely grey.
The fried chicken was decent but I don't care for thighs. All of the pieces were drumsticks and thighs. I only noted this in case someone else doesn't like thighs.
The staff seems friendly and efficient. The booths and chairs looked comfortable.

WE LOVED IT!! My husband and I went to have lunch and it was very quiet, food was AMAZING, my husband loved it very much, everything we ordered was an experience on the flavors, service was awesome and we appreciated how great it was having lunch. This is definitely a place you can have lunch very often or even dinner, trustworthy place to pick up food if you like to eat outside, I will definitely go more often and stop by to get lunch!! 😋

This is my absolute favorite Korean restaurant! The service is always great and it’s a nice atmosphere. Not to mention that the food is always delicious. 😋 Ordering cheese wontons is always a MUST! Also, the kimchi, bean sprouts, and cucumbers are so good! I always order either the grilled bulgogi with white rice or the kimchi pork fried rice. So GOOOOD! Now, if you are craving something sweet, the house donuts are perfect to share with family and friends! Keep up the good work. ☺️

I come here at least once a week, I wish I lived closer. The Stone Bowl Rice is highly recommended 🍚 😋. Great service.

This is hands down my favorite Korean restaurant! The food is authentic and absolutely delicious, with flavors that transport you straight to Korea. The atmosphere feels just like a real Korean shikdang—cozy, welcoming, and full of life. Plus, the prices are super affordable, making it easy to enjoy a fantastic meal without breaking the bank. The service is always top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who make the experience even better. Highly recommend!
