Do not go to this burger king . I bought chicken fries and got burnt crisp break in half food . I called and they blamed door dash and the manager hung up on me . This is sad . Do not eat there .
Food was not that great went to the drive-through excited about getting a whopper that I haven’t probably had in close to a year go to the restaurant on South Pleasantburg to spout. I need a regular whopper with no pickle on a potato bud very easy then I proceeded to say I’d like a barbecue brisket whopper with no tomato no mayonnaise no crispy onion with a regular onion on it instead and a potato bun, get all the way home for the order to be wrong all the way back for them still to get it wrong and then on the barbecue brisket proceeded to add three hamburger patties on one sandwich and still get the second one wrong this Burger King one they tried to rectify by putting in some extra fries, but what is fries they’re more expendable than ever in reality paying for the burger didn’t pay $23 for food. It was so disgusting and I was so displeased and so aggravated that I didn’t even wanna come back a third round that I just threw everything in the garbage. It was a waste of my stomach‘s time, if you’re going to put lettuce tomato to come with kind of method because you know the burger is going to be hot and people need to get from where they are at the restaurant to their house not to look like you have Dale tree on your sandwich or whatever it is that you might have decided to order so Burger King gets one graciously if it wasn’t for the fact that they got my son’s chicken fries two waters and a Tea, right I would have given them a zero and then there was no one in the drive thru or parking lot not backed up

Go here often for a quick bite and always have a great experience. Staff is friendly and burgers are fresh with melty, gooey cheese.

Walked in 4 people ahead of me but I was the only one told to go through the drive thru because it's was only 3 of them working .I don't think one more person was going to make that much of a difference. This was not the way you should treat your costumers.

I placed my order online and arrived at 9:29 as it said the place closes at 11 pm. And there were only employees inside and only one woman yelled that it was closed and turned her back on me. I claimed my money in the app and they told me that the refund will be made in 7 business days

Not sure how your management is ran; however, basic business teaches a simple hypothesis. It goes like this, just in case (company wide) you guys have forgotten it, 'If I want money I have to offer a quality product with a quality experience.' Give you a guess where I am headed next... This location's experience is less than par when it comes to Customer service. A. They do not listen. B. They chastise the customer for their lack of tentiveness. Burger King location 5852, if you are wondering. I'm surprised Restaurant Int. grows in stock with such bad customer service.

I went up front and Moe took my order ...I ordered a kids meal, where.i wanted applesauce instead of fries . when I going to ask for a change she instantly printed the recipt . Didn't understand my accent and wànted me to repeat over and over .. employee left out of nowhere to smoke a cigarette but she got to him instantly and brought him back in, but they all had a loud altercation in the resteraunt . probably not going to go back here again due to the environment and the way was treated by employees . I believe the person treating me was stressed so I understand but please wait for people to finish orders .... however the other people in kitchen were very nice

I wish I could leave zero stars. I placed my order and waited ten minutes while three other people ordered and got theirs. One person in the back was on her phone most of the time (she was not a teen). I guess they finally realized I was standing there and asked me what I ordered. They had no idea. I waited five more minutes before finally getting my order. I said “Thank you” and got a grunt in response. This place is awful, go anywhere else.
