The customer service is not that bad. They get my order wrong Everytime I come to this location. My family and I go multiple times throughout the week, and they get it wrong every single time. When you go back and tell them they had the order wrong, some of them tend to get an attitude over their mess up.

Rude ASF locks door way to early... And had an attitude and told us to go thru drive thru I don't have a car we walked up here he got my 5yr old crying (she's autistic try explaining to her way she can't have her food she nicely asked for ...for using the potty like a big girl)

When ordering food some lady told me to “get out of my drive through” and when we went to get our food from the drive through she didn’t give us the food and closed the window me.

I was at this location on 10/11/2024 at 11:14 pm. The restaurant workers were all inside standing around. I pulled through the drive thru. It started to take my order then all went dead. Pulled around to the window and the workers looked at me and said were closed. The website said you are open. The lights are on and yet they tell me th e y are not open.

My son just asked if their food was fresh or it's the food that's been sitting there for 3 days with no power.. ITS THE OLD FOOD THATS SAT THERE FOR 3 DAYS WITH NO POWER AND THEY ARE SERVING IT TO PEOPLE!!!!

They can't prepare them and I asked for it with double onion and they didn't add anything. And they forgot an order of chips and soda. And I was not satisfied ?↔️
The food was good. But the employees have the nastiest attitude they are horribly rude for no reason everything would be fine if they weren’t so rude. It makes me not even wanna go. Very disappointed.
