I stopped in 2wks ago to purchase a sandwich after church around 1pm. Their lobby was closed and two employees were outside smoking by the dumpster with two cars in the drive thru and a LONG WAIT TIME! I decided to go somewhere else for a meal that day. Thinking that maybe that was just a bad day, I decided to give them at the cherrydale location another chance. I stopped in today to use a survey coupon that I received from visiting A DIFFERENT BK. I stopped at the drive thru and ordered a combo and tried to use my free sandwich coupon as well. My order came up to $14.00! I was told by the employee at the drive thru that I COULDN’T get the free sandwich with the coupon AND order a combo. But I had to order JUST a drink and fries which came up to $6.00 in order to get the free sandwich. I didn't understand how paying less still resulted in getting a free sandwich. I'm not complaining about paying less, I'm confused that this employee felt that paying less to get a free sandwich made more sense! And also she seemed frustrated to even try and explain the logic behind it. I will not visit THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Nothing worse then pulling up to a place you are ordering food from and as soon as the drive thru window opens you smell weed flowing out of the building. It's the worst. Do better. Food came out quick but it wasn't made fresh. Chicken sandwich was cold, and the burgers we had looked like they were thrown in and wrapped ip. Disappointed to say the least.

This location is great when you need your order fast!
The customer service is not that bad. They get my order wrong Everytime I come to this location. My family and I go multiple times throughout the week, and they get it wrong every single time. When you go back and tell them they had the order wrong, some of them tend to get an attitude over their mess up.

Rude ASF locks door way to early... And had an attitude and told us to go thru drive thru I don't have a car we walked up here he got my 5yr old crying (she's autistic try explaining to her way she can't have her food she nicely asked for ...for using the potty like a big girl)
