Drive thru is TRASH ! Been they're multiple times where they say they'll be right with you 5 minutes pass nothing. I've been there plenty of times where cars behind me have left because they're tired of waiting and then eventually I leave too. It's definitely an ongoing problem with this location !

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a big fish sandwich. Please lady was very friendly at the window she asked me to move forward and that they had the sandwich cooking she would bring it out once it was completed. I waited 5 minutes and unfortunately no one came out so I left.

We went here for the first time. It looked relatively new. It was attached to a Spinx gas station. Everything looked clean and sanitary. The service was polite and efficient. It's BK so the food is what it is.

Walked in this store at 252pm it is now 3:02 & I’m still standing here! At the register & no one has greeted me! No one has said I’ll be with you in a moment! This store is always like this! Please remove the ghetto hood folks from your store! This is ridiculous
How do you have the audacity to be frustrated when a drive thru comes in for a simple refund after the fact it took you a couple minutes to respond to me in the intercom and then mess up again with my drink to top it off with a nasty remark. No attitude coming from me just a simple refund. Noticed as well the 2 cars behind me pulled away too, don’t know whether they got what they came for or not. All I ordered was a double cheeseburger meal. Thanks. I’ll just stay hungry. Do not recommend. Go else where.

Waited TOO long for my FAST food. and they STILL screwed up my order. They forgot a whole whopper and gave me a medium instead of large fries. all of this I PAID FOR. It’s almost like they’re TRYING TO SCAM YOU. Save yourself from this total embarrassment of a place full of LAZY, SELFISH, INCOMPETENT AND CARELESS “EMPLOYEES”… GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
