Not sure that the minis are supposed to be like this?? This is what seems to be uncooked and small and cold, not even warmed up but just straight from the packet it seems.

The food was nice and fresh, and we ordered some food with family, and when we left our bellies were warm and full!

The cashier was rude. She refuse to reach out the window she wants the customer to climb through the window to get their food and when I said something to her she started cussing at me that is unacceptable when I’m spending my money. Maybe she don’t need to work the register cause she definitely not customer friendly.

I have not eaten Burger King trash food in years. I saw a sign for two for three dollars and decided to stop in as I had not made breakfast as usual. I asked about the deal and some old woman says it’s for biscuits, tots, or a drink. I asked her to clarify and she said sausage biscuit, egg and cheese biscuit or an iced coffee so I asked for tots and a vanilla iced coffee if that’s what came with the deal and she responded, “I don’t know you tell me.” I repeated that if that drink came with the deal, then that’s what I’d like. I started to proceed to order another item and she blurted out, “I like when someone’s sure of themselves,” as if everyone should understand their garbage menu as she had been trained. So I decided instead of ordering, to leave a little rubber in their parking lot and go spend my money at an establishment that trains employees to respect customers. I will never be back to this dump.

Well, they decided to screw up my order even though I went over it several times with them before I completed my order. The added condiments and items to my order that I specifically asked to be left off. They missed menu items we were asked to have. Burger King once again failed to provide even basic level service.

They are never ready. Had me sitting in the drive thru for 30 mins. I’m so over fast food. People are never professional. It’s ridiculous
I tried the app and it would not take any form of payment. This is an issue known to BK (google BK app and not taking payment). I wanted the free Whopper JR which is only available on the app for the Burger week deals. I went to the drive thru, and they were VERY rude to me. They would not even comp me the free burger (I didn't want a free meal, just what was due to me since it wasn't my fault.)
I showed them the problem and they said "What do you want me to do about it?" Well a free $1.75 burger would have been nice- what I came for in the first place! Next time, Ill just go through drive thru and go back in and say I didn't get the darn thing. Ill get the free burger!!
Dirty, slow service, rude managers. No thanks! Too much else around, I went to Taco Bell a 1/2 mile away instead and had a much better experience for no more money. AVOID!!!
