Took unreasonably long for a simple order during a relatively slow time of day. The staff member at the window was short, impolite, and impatient. The gentleman who brought our food out was courteous and friendly. The food was what is expected - average.

Today I went to Burger King and ordered a combo meal. The people serving me were very racist in the way they spoke to me. I told them I didn't want soda, and they kept saying the combo came with it, which wasn't necessary. The staff who helped me weren't helpful, even though they didn't speak English well. Besides that, the food tasted like plastic with no flavor, the bread was stale, they don't cook it like they used to, the fries were tasteless and tiny, like McDonald's fries. I won't recommend this place again because the cashiers are so racist.

Terrible customer service except for one employee. The guy working today was great but the rest have attitudes. You can tell the company doesn’t treat their employees well because it reflects in the customer service you receive. Corporate do better. If it wasn’t for your employees you wouldn’t have a business.

Ordered two whoppers on the app at 1:31pm for pickup at the drive-thru. Just two cars ahead of me. I didn’t get my food until 1:57pm. That’s 26 minutes to pickup an online order. Unacceptable! I told the employee working the window of the awfully slow service and requested a complimentary order of fries. He balked at the request, said he would have to ask for permission, and then finally gave me some fries. When I got home, one of the whoppers was made wrong. It’s hard to scrape melted cheese off of a burger patty. Only location with worse service and quality is the Burger King in Mauldin.

DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK - I went to this Burger King location for a regular whopper, nothing special. Hours later I came down with the worst food poisoning I've ever had, it lasted a full week. Nothing but vomiting and being stuck in bed, do yourself a favor and don't go here if you value your health!
