10/21 325 p.m. sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and the lady never got back with me to take my order just told me to wait a moment, when I drove around there was no other cars in the drive-thru, I sat there for 10 minutes, only car in the drive-thru.. I left

The drive th person give me .the bag and the bag fell a part and i was ask how did u drop your food i said its the bags are no good she said we do not make the bags i said I do not make them as well rude will l not go back

Terrible service. Everyone that works there has personal earbuds in and holding conversations. So you don’t know it they are talking to you or whoever is on the phone.Long wait for food. Go to another Burger King. I know I will never go back again.

Never opened after 7 mins in drive thru no employees insight all lights off. Supposed to open at 6am

Drive through was at a standstill with only 1 car in line. Backed up parked went inside. Took 20mins to get food. Also was called by “hey it’s ready” no name or order number. Fries where nice and fresh though.

Mobile orders are never ready. I consistently wait 10-15 minutes. It’s quicker just to go with out the app. What’s the point of the app? Service is slow. A couple of the employees are ok but the rest shout and bellow and act like they’re doing you a favor.

Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, it took an excruciatingly long time to receive my order. While waiting, I observed others experiencing similar delays, frustration mounting with each passing minute.**Not Worth the Wait:** When my food finally arrived, it was just lukewarm. The fries were limp and cold, and the burger itself seemed thrown together carelessly. Frankly, it wasn't worth the wait or the price.Overall, my Burger King experience was a frustrating one. The poor customer service, combined with the extended wait time and underwhelming food quality, left me feeling like I wasted my time and money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this particular location, and Burger King in general, unless significant improvements are made.
