Drive through was at a standstill with only 1 car in line. Backed up parked went inside. Took 20mins to get food. Also was called by “hey it’s ready” no name or order number. Fries where nice and fresh though.

Mobile orders are never ready. I consistently wait 10-15 minutes. It’s quicker just to go with out the app. What’s the point of the app? Service is slow. A couple of the employees are ok but the rest shout and bellow and act like they’re doing you a favor.

Frustrating Fast Food: Burger King LetdownDisappointed is an understatement. My recent visit to Burger King was anything but a quick and satisfying fast food experience.**Customer Service Woes:** From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was lackluster. The employees seemed disinterested and weren't very welcoming. My order was taken with minimal enthusiasm, and any questions I had were met with short, unhelpful answers.**Wait Times that Weren't Fast:** The biggest let down was the wait time. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, it took an excruciatingly long time to receive my order. While waiting, I observed others experiencing similar delays, frustration mounting with each passing minute.**Not Worth the Wait:** When my food finally arrived, it was just lukewarm. The fries were limp and cold, and the burger itself seemed thrown together carelessly. Frankly, it wasn't worth the wait or the price.Overall, my Burger King experience was a frustrating one. The poor customer service, combined with the extended wait time and underwhelming food quality, left me feeling like I wasted my time and money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this particular location, and Burger King in general, unless significant improvements are made.

I placed a mobile order. Unfortunately there is a technical issue and it did not arrive at The restaurant. my issue is the way the staff Treated me and handled the situation. Despite providing them with a receipt order number, etc. they refused to knowledge of the order had ever happened, refused to provide food and told me to take it up with the mobile app. I understand fast food, workers, are a thankless job, but this was just unacceptable

Website says they're open 24 hours. They are not. Arrived at 5:45am and the automated drive thru said they were closed.Tried again on 12/14 and arrived at 6:15 to the same result.Gave my business to Hardee's who are actually open when they say they are.

I come here for breakfast from time to time. The morning staff is ALWAYS so nice and friendly. I don’t know how they are so fast and my food is hot and fresh every time! I’m in the drive through for maybe 4 minutes start to finish. The staff is always smiling with is nice to see these days!

This Burger King on East Greenville St. It's the best. They are always friendly and they make sure my food is fresh and hot. If the French Fries have been sitting awhile they always make fresh ones without me asking. It's always clean, and Burger King has great coupon deals! ?

Ordered a whopper with cheese mayo only large meal didnt get the fries didnt get the cheese on the whopper plus the lady taking my order kept cutting me off so she never let me finish saying anything at all. DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS AWEFUL!

Steven [Stephen] has AMAZING customer service! It is always refreshing to visit a restaurant for the first time and be completely impressed. This seems to be becoming more rare in today's world. My wife and I decided to try Wendy's breakfast for the first time. So, we visited the Woodruff Road location.The gentleman at the window was perhaps the most polite, courteous, and friendly individual I have ever met at any fast-food restaurant since moving to South Carolina in 2017. I believe his name was Steven. WOW!He stated he has worked for Wendy's for over 20 years. We were so impressed by his consideration towards his customers. I wish every fast-food chain had a Steven. I'd go way more often! Most people today don’t smile, don’t say please or thank you, and act like you are bothering them. It’s sad to pay for such lackadaisical and inconsiderate service. Not the case with Steven.This gentleman has renewed my hope in customer service. Please extend our appreciation to him and his managerial staff. We look forward to returning to Wendy's. Thank you, Steven, for “treating people the way you’d like to be treated.” God bless you sir!
