Staff is always nice upbeat and ready to serve. It feels like they love each customer that walks in the door and their food is excellent. I haven’t gotten a single item that I did not like they have everything you can think of from larger plates to smaller à la carte they even have desserts! Califas food is amazing, the staff is so friendly and kind. The atmosphere is very laid back. Beef and cheese empanadas are fantastic. Birria tacos have so much flavor along with just the right amount of crunch. Support local business!

Califas restaurant is a must-try! The California birria burrito is great, and the Baja Fish Tacos were a pleasant surprise. The flavor and variety of tacos on the menu are impressive, including the Baja Shrimp Taco and Birria Tacos, which are spot on. The edible tostado bowl with seasoned chicken is delicious. This place is a home run with fast, friendly service, and it is extremely clean. The staff is helpful and super friendly, contributing to the good energy. With reserved parking spots for carry out, Califas is sure to become a favorite spot for Mexican food enthusiasts. The birria is flavorful, and the menu has something for everyone. Califas is a cool little spot for lunch or a quick dinner with good music playing. The food comes out quick and hot, generally tasting great. The service is nice and very fast. The birria tacos and quesadilla are out of this world with some of the best flavor. The food is delivered extremely quick, and they don't skimp on the portions; everything is delicious. Additionally, the Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich is fantastic, especially with a pickle spear, cilantro, and onions. Don't forget to pick up a cookie; the S'mores Cookie is pretty great!
