I like this ice cream shop because they offer a dairy free option. Sad to say I tried going here in February on a Friday and they were not open even though the hours listed on the door said they should have been open. The second time I tried to go to this place, on Saturday February 29th and again they were not open. Is your shop still in business? If your website and your sign on your door say your open you should be!

The ice cream tasted fine. It wasn't bad or amazing. But when you are charging $6 for ice cream, it needs to be a) a generous portion or b) amazing flavor. This was neither, and to top it all off it was served to us in crappy little paper bowls. There was a stack of real bowls sitting in plain veiw, but we were served in disposable. It was kinda insult to injury. I feel like they are just selling the nitrogen gimmick. Ended up feeling underwhelmed and ripped off with our 3 tiny scoops of OK ice cream in our little paper bowls we just payed $20 for. Not a fan.

This is the best ice cream I've ever had! It was incredibly smooth and tasted so so good. It's also made with all homemade ingredients. We also love all of the employees, especially the sweet owner. It's a must try!!!!!!

My family was visiting the area for my sisters wedding and happened to walk in. The store wasn't actually open. We asked when it would be opened again and were disappointed to find out it wouldn't be open until after we had to leave for home. She decided to make us ice cream since we wouldn't be in the area when they were open to try it. Great Experience! Excellent Ice cream.

Sad to admit I eat a lot of ice cream and this is, hands down, the best I've had. We were walked through the process of how it's made. The ingredients are locally sourced and it shows through. We stumbled upon it was our highlight of time in Greenville. PS - if you love chocolate, get the chocolate sorbet.

This place is awesome!! We arrived on Sunday after closing time and we thought we were going to miss out. But the owner (who was about to get into her car)saw us and invited us inside. She was lovely and more than happy to make us ice cream! Our kids love coming here because there are so many fun games to play on the shelves while we wait for our ice cream. The ice cream itself is fantastic! We come here because they have vegan ice cream and it tastes so wonderful! My kids love choosing their base cream, flavor, and toppings. It's always a fun experience with friendly service and delicious ice cream! We love Carol's!!
Favorite place for ny 2 daughters and I to spend an afternoon with great ice cream, service, and games. I highly recommend that you come here!

My wife and I had their vanilla and chocolate custards respectively and enjoyed them a great deal! They have an assortment of mix-ins and toppings to pick from and you get the opportunity to see them make your ice cream right in front of you as the use Nitrogen to make it ice cream! It is a neat twist on the classic dessert. They also have vegan sorbets! For those eating their ice cream inside, they have a wide array of classic board games to play. We had a fun game of Battleship as we ate our Ice cream. It was an excellent stop.

This place is delicious! They make the ice cream fresh to order using liquid nitrogen. There are so many different combinations available to order! You could try something new everyday for years and not have tried every combination. It is also super cute with several vintage games on the shelves.
