Employees are rude and have awful customer service. Definitely not worth it, take your money else where. They all need attitude adjustments. 😂

I would leave zero stars across the board but you can't. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service, girl behind register had a RUDE and NASTY attitude! Ordered the combo and didn't even get my fries.

I would give this place zero stars if i could the employees are rude i didnt even place an order just because how rude these employees are especially the little girl at the register. I wont give my money to a business that employees anyone that doesnt have decent manners they dont even have the bare minimum of manners. If they dont like their job then quit i would even pay someone to work for me that presents themselves this way. If i walked away i wonder how many people would order here but dont because of the front counter employees

I had dinner here Monday evening, it was 7:30 and they close at 8. The sandwich was good, but they were out of fries which is no big deal. I got a tea, and my daughter got a Dr. Pepper, I asked if the refills are free and the guy told me yes of course, I went back to the counter at 7:45 to get both of us a refill because I knew they closed at 8, but I was too late, the gentleman behind the counter informed me they had already taken the fountain drink machine down to clean it, and they had poured the tea out so they could clean the urn. I understand wanting to get things cleaned and get everything done so they can go home, but if the store hours say 8:00pm they screwed us by not being able to get what we paid for. So if you are going to have dinner here don’t after 7 or if you do don’t order drinks, or fries!

Mr. Foster makes this restaurant great! He is a natural leader. All the other men at Charley's cheesesteaks follow Mr. Foster in his Excellence and customer service. The food is Top Tier, 10 out of 10 every time. Mr. Foster greets everyone with a smile and his employees seem to follow suit. I try something new every time we come here, and it never fails to impress me
