We got one meal on Sunday April 21st 2024. The man who took our order had dreads and was chill. The dude on grill had AirPods in minding his own business. But a guy with shaggy hair and glasses was out of hand. As he was working he pretended to slap the guy with dreads with a customers bread out of the oven. Then he proceeded to yell at our friend who ordered fries but did not have a receipt yet that had the number and was yelling her number and then proceeded to say “are you hungry number 5 are you hungry”. He then has gloves on and wipes his face and does not change them out after. It’s mall food I never expected the best but come on now basic sanitation is not hard. He then gives back attitude like I was his sibling when I asked if it had onions when I did not see the put them on there through the filthy glass. Shaggy and the dude with AirPods then proceeder to talk about women walking by and judging the size of their butts. If you worked in a kitchen where the customers could not hear you whatever but come on now body shaming is wild especially on the clock at a restaurant. This place is terrible, food is good and but employees suck. If you want cheesesteak Inky’s in Easley is 100% better.

Look, as a SINGLE person we can only do so much. TWO employees were working during rush. They did their best and people don't consider that. They also don't take into consideration the food is COOKED TO ORDER. One employee cooked and one did cash and helped the other when needed. The cashier was friendly and smiled the whole time. There was a small wait, nothing major but the food was HOT and the orders were correct.This location is in the mall. They have earned an 'A' food rating and it shows. The location was not dirty, and they had plenty of clean trays.Lots of affordable food options.Kid-friendliness: Kid portion options/meals.Wheelchair accessibility: The mall has handicap accessible tables. The counter is at a height acceptable for those in a wheelchair or other devices.

The cashier NICOLE had a horrible attitude the whole time and she asked if I wanted fries and a drink, I said yes. She rang me up for only the drink and when I questioned it after getting only my sandwich she very rudely argued that I didn't say with fries even though I told her yes. She also got an attitude with the people behind me because there was a language barrier. Horrible associate with a disgusting attitude. Won't be returning just because of her.

The heavy set man behind the counter with a red beard was breathing all over the vegetables and touching everything with his plastic gloves on. Disgusting. Not coming back.

The manager? Wanna be manager? The one not wearing a hair cover. Is needlessly rude to both her employer and customers. She harassed him to create a charge for water, and snobbily said “do you not see the sign?” Saying that ranch is extra also. We’re fine with you getting your extra dollar, why be so rude about it? And the poor guy at the register, he does not deserve to be treated that way.

I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill!! Half the time it doesn’t open on time, the employees are rude to the customers and sling the food together in such a sloppy manner that you can’t even pick it up and eat it! I need to find a new place for cheesesteaks!!

I ordered a small Philly cheesesteak which was supposed to have grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms but it did not. I attempted to alert them while they were cooking it and after they gave it to me but they simply ignored me completely. I ate the completely dressed down sandwich…too much mayo and gave me diarrhea. I do not recommend this location!

I don’t know why all the workers there act like they don’t get paid to be there and the customers are inconveniencing them! Just went today and the girl had such a bad attitude! I wish I would’ve known her name. And the food was dry. The meat had no flavor. This is one of my favorite places but it’s always slow and I always catch a attitude.!

We went to the one at Haywood Mall. The staff was busy talking with friends and refilling their drink cups from other restaurants. We were totally ignored and 2 other couples behind us just walked off also. I will never attempt to order from their again. Hopefully they will go out of business from lack of sales and a restaurant with better staff will take their place

My wife and I decided to meet at the mall for lunch together. We decided to go to your restaurant because my wife enjoys your cheesesteak sandwiches. We got into the fairly long line that moved pretty slowly. When we finally get to the register to place our order, the girl said that the girl doing the grilling had to go to the bathroom, so we would have to wait. She said it would only be about 5 minutes. We asked if we could go ahead and place our order, but she said the girl who left told her not to take any orders while she was gone. The line behind us all left because they didn't want to wait. 15 minutes later, we are still waiting. I told the two ladies who were just standing there, that I only had an hour for lunch so I only had about 15 minutes to order and eat my food before I had to get back. They apologized, but nothing could be done. We finally decided to go somewhere else. I went across the way and ordered a wrap from a place manned by one guy who took my order, grilled it, bagged it, got my drink, and took my money. When I finally got to my table to sit down and eat, we saw the girl come out from the back to start working again. Totally unacceptable! She was at least in the restroom for 25 minutes - maybe longer. This is between noon and 1:00 pm. Unbelieveable! Not ever going back.

The food is good, if it is open. Don't believe the listed hours. It is a rarity to find anyone actually working in this location. When someone does show up, don't expect much service. I prefer their cheesesteaks, but what normally happens is I check by, lights are off, and I go get a worse cheesesteak from Gyro and Wings.

Placed an order thru their app this afternoon, a coworker went to get it , the manager in charge slammed the screen and cursed her out because he had no staff but yet he didn't cut off his on-line ordering. Not her fault. I call an get the GM , Victoria, and asked her if she was serious about not refunding my money. She proceeds to curse me out . I never used an ugly word towards her as I understand staffing issues. This was my first time getting food from here but I will never give them a cent . Still don't have my money. Do better
