I'm from GA and was in Greenville Sc on a getaway for our Anniversary. We've been saying for years we wanted to try cheddars but the closet to us is 40 mins away and always busy with long wait times so we go elsewhere. We just so happen to get a gift card for cheddars for our anniversary and decided to try it when we saw Greenville had one. The restaurant is very nice, we were greeted and seated immediately. The food and drinks were both amazing and the amount you get for the price us a plus also. Our waiter Nathan was top tier..he had amazing customer service and very pleasant. Will be a repeat customer hopefully the ones in GA are as amazing as this location.

Was seated promptly and our order taken fast but had to wait quite awhile for our food. I got fried flounder and it was tough on the outside but seemed under cooked on the inside. My friends' food seemed ok though
We did curbside pick up. Was given a time to be there and had to wait an additional 45 mins. Called when arrived and was told it was being bagged up and be right out, but then sat and waited an additional 45 mins. Never again. Which is sad cause the food was good.

Server was not so great. We had to ask another waitress for our drinks and our waitress never checked on us. The people with me one ordered a salad and new received it until our dinner was served and we told her just to cancel it and take off the bill. But then she processed to bring it out anyways. She didn't understand our language very well and had to repeat a couple of times our order when we was placing it. Other than that food was delicious as always.
Parking: Very busy resartant parking can take a few minutes based on your needs.

Food was pretty good, got rotten lettuce in the salads and my side caesar salad was 1/4 the size of my mom’s side garden salad. Steak was cooked to order, and I got the Monte Cristo and it was great. Will definitely be back.

Decided to do cheddar’s and was a pretty good experience. We got the ribs and split them and it was plenty! Service was ok and the croissants covered in honey are fantastic!!

There was a lack of teamwork today! My party of 4 was seated and waited 40mins before the waiter was able to come take our drink order. A guy (I’m assuming the manager) brought us croissants and cheese bites as a courtesy. Our waiter had a party and she seemed to struggle. Instead of someone jumping in to at least take the drink order everyone walked by. I saw some team members on their phones. Once the food finally came it wasn’t fresh. Everything tasted like it was sitting under a warm light. I had to send my steak back as it was well done and dry. Usually I have a great experience but today the entire staff fell short!

Service. So my date asked the hostess if we could have another table versus the one he was placing us at and he acted clueless as to what to say and gazed off into space and said "ahhhhhhhhh." We finally said forget it, we'll sit here (the original table). Now, the waiter was outstanding and je took good care of us by asking us all the right questions with a smile!!!
