Longest! Waits! Ever! They unfortunately have a captured audience being in the hospital. I’m stuck here and don’t have any other real choices. I went there twice today. TWICE! And both times left after paying for my food because I couldn’t wait any longer for my food. Refund? Nope.

My family member is a patient here and my sister gave us chic Fe la gift cards to help us as we stay long hours BUT I discovered they don’t accept gift cards WHY????? CASH was paid to chic Fe la for them so ridiculous and a shame

Chicken was undercooked, nearly got sick from it… which is funny coz you know it’s in a hospital. Service was seriously horrendous. I get it girl you don’t want to be there, well me neither And then minimal complaint but not being able to use gift cards is odd In short: don’t go there if you don’t have to
Just ordered drinks and even though the CFA team was slammed they were so polite and asked how my day was, when I really needed it. Thank you!

Worst Chick fil a I have been to. I have yet to go to a bad one until today. If you are in prisma health in Greenville, go to subway, sushi, or the cafeteria. This location doesn’t have management, unless this was the only employee I saw taking orders a bagging food. The checkout staff … you have to get their attention to take your order. When they “ax” for a name, they just put the first letter of your name. Order for L? Order for J? And that’s only after you have to correct twice on the screen to make sure the order is correct.
