Asked for lg sweet tea with 1/2 cup of ice. When I got my tea there were maybe 2 cubes left. Drank some tea out so I could get more ice. The tea was not sweet. So as the young guy added ice I asked for sweet tea. He did refill it from the sweet tea container. Bottom line, they need to learn how to make sweet tea. For $2.49 I should have ordered a coke.

Make sure they know what they are doing. Messed up with the transaction (I tried to use vouchers whatever nurses gave me and I warn her about it) and she put 2 orders on 1 voucher and said she couldn’t use the second one, and when I said u messed up and you need to fix that , she said she could not do it, and other lady was standing next to her asked me to culm down. If I knew that their customer service skills are too poor will never go there.Not recommended to go there especially if you are here in the hospital for few days and already tired. Customer service is bad. Because of their unprofessional bad skills they are trying to make u feel guilty. Asked for grilled chicken nuggets and u can see on picture what they are gave me.Nope not me.P.S. Only one person knows what she is doing, thank u little lady , u are so sweet.

The people working there, were very nice. The food wasn't fresh, my chicken Biscuit, was barely warm, and the hash brown rounds, were just warm, not fresh. I didn't say anything, but wish I would have, and got fresh food. I was visiting my nephew at the hospital, and grabbed breakfast, while he was in surgery. I was disappointed that you couldn't use your app, at this Chic-Fil-A restaurant. They told me, they didn't use the app. Why is that, I would think, it's a Chic-Fil-A, why couldn't you use the app, for your purchase? Next time, I'm going to say something, and get fresh food, that's for sure. I was so disappointed, but I was hungry too. ?

I can understand not taking the chic fila app. I can't understand that you don't give refills. If you are going to charge regular chic fila prices then you should give chic fila service. Why would you not give refills on soda that cost pennies a cup? Mediocre service, Luke warm food and no refills not a good combination. It's an embarrassment to the chic fila name. Thank you.
Ordered seven items and they could only manage to get six items in the bag. This is so simple and yet still manage to mess it up, not to mention I’m out $5 for a sandwich.
