This entire chickfila has always been fantastic across the board, but Shane really steps it up a few notches. He is super friendly and genuine. He laughs and jokes and helps above and beyond. He asks about my day and seems to really care. His customer service is perfection. Now I come to Chickfila probably more than I should, and always look for my buddy Shane.

I go to Chick-fil-A everywhere but today I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A at Cherrydale. There’s a girl working in the drive-through name Ella and she made my day. She had a great Personality and she made my day when I was not having a good one. Thank you, Ella. I hope you have much success at Chick-fil-A and I hope that you’re there the next time I come through.

From the recent reviews in the last 6+ months, it seems like this location needs help- new employees or current employees to be retrained. This is our third time coming here in the past year (we live closer to the Easley one but will stop here on the way home if we pass by) and all 3 times we’ve had issues with our order. The first 2 times things were missing. I call and am told they will add the missing items to my CFA account since we did an online order. Never got my items. This third time today, we check and everything is in the bag, great. NOT! We get home and both salads are made wrong. I’m not even going to waste time calling to complain and get a refund cause I’ll never get it. The employees at this location clearly don’t know how to follow simple instructions. We will only go to Easley if we want CFA from now on.

I go to all the Chick-fil-As in area. Get the same market salad everytime. The salads here are the worst. Yellow lettuce, old apples. Just sloppy. Hardly any green lettuce at all. Other stores all it is is green. Salad guy dropped the ball at this location.
As a northerner the chicken sandwich was overhyped but compared to McDonald's its still better just about all the tables had some crumbs on them (but to be fair they were busy af)

They have gone up alot no longer offering senior drinks a,sandwich and small drink $8.00 seniors usually bring in children who eat a lot. Seniors,are on a fixed income.i work in that,area part time 2 days I will eat else where
