This is the 3rd time I have been to this chick fil a in probably a month. They didn’t get my order right again. It’s not hard to put a few extra pickles on a sandwich. The fries was barely enough o feed a toddler. They just don’t listen and give you whatever they want. They are starting to act like Burger King and McDonalds to where they just don’t care. So done with this one!

Normally everything is on point but today was terrible. The nuggets I purchased were clearly old and very cold. I didn't even get to enjoy my 30 min lunch because I had to toss my nuggets out. 🥹🥹

Placed a 60 person catering order for a school that was promised at a specific time. I showed up 15 min before the promised time. Food was ready 15 min after the promised time which caused some of the teachers to not get lunch. Then, I was shorted 4 sandwich meals. I called the restaurant and was told “sorry”. This is not ok and needs to be addressed. Since this cfa location won’t do anything, maybe a review will help others go somewhere else for their catering needs so they don’t experience the same. Very disappointed and wont be back.

This entire chickfila has always been fantastic across the board, but Shane really steps it up a few notches. He is super friendly and genuine. He laughs and jokes and helps above and beyond. He asks about my day and seems to really care. His customer service is perfection. Now I come to Chickfila probably more than I should, and always look for my buddy Shane.
Love this location, I go all the time! Their employees are always kind, especially Ella! She remembers my name and is always so kind to us!

She had a great Personality and she made my day when I was not having a good one. Thank you, Ella.
