GOT EXTREMELY SICK AFTER DINING HERE TONIGHT. I tried to call and leave a message, but the voice mail box was full, so unfortunately this must be posted here. I placed a curbside order tonight for a dragonfruit sweet tea drink and immediately after drinking it my husband vomited. I only had one sip, but I am extremely sick and having stomach pains. THEY LIKELY DID NOT CLEAN THE SYRUP PUMP OR TEA NOZZLE UNACCEPTABLE FROM CHICK FIL A.

I ordered 2 ice cream cones, the young lady who took my order was great. The young lady with dark hair who was bringing orders out, brought me 1 ice cream cone and a receipt that said 2 ice cream cones. I bring this to her attention and she says ok and walks away without looking at my receipt. I see her talk to another young lady who was bringing out orders, but she does not bring me my other ice cream cone. The young lady with dark hair proceeds to bring out other orders and acts like she does not see me. I eventually show the other young lady that I have a receipt and that I'm still waiting, so she approaches my car. I let her know that I ordered 2 ice cream cones and show her my receipt. She says we were wondering what was going on, then brings me 2 ice cream cones, I thank her but only take the one I was missing, that I paid for... It's disappointing that some of the servers act as if it is a chore or if a customer would lie about an ice cream cone.

Tried to put in an order and get a milkshake despite the drink being wrong on my end the manager handled the situation poorly with an attitude and shooed me off and told me to stand back in line. Whether its busy or not during our field trip, thats not how you treat a customer.

I normally have great experiences here at Chick-Fil-A but I guess its a bad day to be in Cherrydale plaza as I haven't had a pleasant experience at any stores nearby either. The employee who took my order was rude as ever and had the worst attitude possible. I told her I hoped she had a good day and she looked at me as if I told her to lose her attitude. I also know that they need to be saying "my pleasure" and it was not said once the entire time i was there.

DO NOT order catering from here if you are in a hurry. Be prepared to wait at least 15-20 minutes on your order. I have ordered catering multiple times and they don’t prepare the order until you arrive.

Idk what’s going on at this location but the breakfast drive thru staff is just not pleasant. I’ve encountered two employees on separate occasions that did not greet or even sound like they wanted to be at work. Both times I decided to drive off from the bad customer sevice. I will be driving to a further chic fil a for a better customer service experience. Definitely won’t be back
This is probably the worst CFA we’ve been to. We come here often just because it’s the closest to our house. There’s been multiple times that the staff doesn’t know how to use the iPad to put in the order, give us the incorrect order, and they don’t say my pleasure. We’ve also watched them give our order to the car in front of us multiple times. They also never fill up the hashbrown containers.
