I told her I was sitting in Coca-Cola and she goes. Have a nice night really? No sorry no offering napkins or to refill the drink she just spilt in my car! It seems like all this Chick-fil-A is worried about is getting the line gone rather than fulfilling customer expectations

Not the friendliest chik fil a location in I have been in. The blonde haired girl walked right past my car and her interaction was kind of cold like she probably didn’t want to be at work I’ll stick to Easley Chik Fil A with grade A customer service

I recommend going to other Chick-fil-A's since the owner of this one has lost touch with good customer service which is something Truett Cathy was proud of with his work. I went by the Chick-fil-A on Haywood Road to redeem the second day of the 12 Days of Christmas promotion and was told that they had run out and would not substitute anything out. This is terrible customer service to advertise something like that and not be able to offer it to its loyal customers.

Im a google guide. I decided to order three times thos week at different hours and one was just after their festival event began.
This restaurant gave me some of the fastest and most consistent service ive experienced post pandemic. Youll get your order, your condiments and even enough napkins. It ends up being worth it especially if they continue a rewards program that pays out.
Irony though....i work seasonal at UPS but never could get a part time job here just a block away...everyones nice here that ive interacted with.

My daughter spilled chocolate milk and she felt terrible. But the staff was so sweet and helpful. They went above and beyond and even came back around and offered my daughter ice cream. Definitely recommend 100%!

Ana was amazing! She was so sweet and so kind and really made my day. She was clearly committed to doing a perfect job and was attentive every step of the way. I am also gluten free and she made sure my allergy was addressed! She will be the reason I come back, thank you Ana!!
I eat here for lunch on a regular basis and about 25% of the time sauces are not included. Otherwise would give 5 stars.

Fast service as usual at Chick Fil A! Friendly service. No pup cups!! 😔 The girl said oh we don’t have pup cups. I said are you sure? Every chick fil a I have been to has pup cups. She said ya know what let me ask. So she did. They don’t offer them at that particular location. My buddy Bo (dog) wasn’t a happy customer lol I Probably shouldn’t have asked him if he wanted one but I didn’t realize that they only serve them at select locations. As often as my kids and I have chick fil a I just assumed it was all chick fil a’s. Learn something new every day.

Generally, I always give Chick fil-a a good review, but today's experience was far from that. I went through the drive up, and there were 2 people working the line I was in. They were so busy flirting with each other that they weren't doing their job. My total came to $5.79. I handed first the $5 to the lady, and then went to hand the .79 cents, but she had already gone back to flirting with her coworker. He appeared to an adult and not a teen. She then looked at me and snapped, it is 5.79, and I told her, yes, I know, it's right here.I've been holding it for you. She giggled like a teenage girl and said, oh my bad. they need to take their flirting off duty.
