In my 52 years I have only eaten here twice and today was the second time. And just like more than 20 years ago I wasn't impressed then and I'm not impressed now. 25.00 for me and my sister for two chicken sandwiches too small or you should say small waffle fries and two drinks. She got a chicken sandwich I got a grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was okay but it was made so sloppy that it was falling apart as I was trying to eat it. Honestly the only thing I liked about the meal was the waffle fries. Surface to say those two times are the only time I will ever go to Chick-fil-A. Sorry not wanting to be rude in any way but the food to me was not worth the price then and it's not worth the price now.

I was in the drive through at 9am this morning, and I noticed the employee (blonde female with long ponytail) that was handling everyone’s food start petting and rubbing the man’s dog. Then she went back to working. This is so dirty and unsanitary to touch a dog and then handle people’s food. Please talk to your employees about basic hygiene. She didn’t even wash her hands, but the employees should not be touching animals while they are handling people’s food anyway. It’s sad that you even have to tell someone something that should be a common practice or to do something you would think everyone does which is to wash their hands.

I ordered breakfast today, receipt timestamp 7:19:52AM from this location. I get handed a Chic Fil A bag from one of the Chic Fil A staff after I ordered, I realize there are no condiments that I ordered inside the bag, I bring it to his attention, he acknowledges that he forgot, he hands me the condiments, and I pleasantly said to him "no problem" and I put my trust in him that I got the rest of my food that I ordered in the bag..I'm thinking to myself, "it's only a condiment mistake, we're legit good, and I go on about my day, no problem" ..10 driving minutes later, I decide to open the Chic Fil A chicken biscuit wrapper and behold, a biscuit with no chicken in it..he gave me someone else's order..I drive back 10 minutes to get my order and I let them know I spent 20 minutes for this mistake..what do they do and say? We gave you someone else's order, he tried to get your attention after you left, but here's your Chic Fil A chicken biscuit, have a good morning..I would of gave a 5 star review had they at least gave me a small side of hashbrowns for my 20 minutes driving time wasted..I was done wrong for their mistake and Chic Fil A did not step up for me, their "customer"

Warning. The customer service at this location is not good. They worry so very much on speed and not accuracy. First the machine jammed up in the drive thru line. Then they gave us the salads but not a sandwich, again. Whm we get home guessing the salads will be incorrect. Culver's never makes mistakes. They arenthe best.

I'm not sure yet how my foods going to taste I just think it crazy I ordered a little before 5 and the estimation is I'm not going to get my food till 6:40 I understand it dinner time and I'm having it delivered but this is just a little crazy! Update it now says 20after 7 I'll never order from this store again so I got my cold food at a little after 6 . They did throw in some cards but I've gave y'all 2 chances and they both been dumpster fires sorry never again

Gotta give them props. There's still lots of people in GVL that still have no power. The lines were VERY long, very understandable. Chick fil a was super FAST! They are not messing around! I knew it was gonna take some time to get food, I was more than prepaid for the wait, but honestly, I must have been in line for like 15 minutes? If that? I was shocked how fast and on top of it they were!! Their iced coffees are also the best. Hardly any sugar, pure coffee taste. Yum!

This was like the most well kept and finest locations of this franchise I’ve been to it’s very “lavish” in its own humble way the employees are always friendly and eager to serve you I’m not really used to but it’s a nice change of pace compared to the other places I’ve been to so the customer service is top notch and so is the food :)!!
Haven't had Chick Filet in years. Waffle fries were.chewy and obviously has been sitting a while. The filet on the sandwich was old and hard and wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. Called to ask if I returned the meal, would they give me back my money as the meal was awful. The "manager" refused to do so. He literally said they would not give me my money back. I had eaten two fries and tried to cut the hard crispy part off of the filet, but just decided to take it back without eating eat it. I don't understand why they refused to give me my money back. Not very Christian like...

Food was good but service rather lack.
Always consistent. The diet lemonade was much better than any other diet beverage I've had. Drive-thru is slower than the other Chick-fil-A in our area, all in all it was good.
