Came through the drive through this morning for a quick breakfast and ordered a sausage biscuit with hash browns. The biscuit was good and fine but I took a bite of 1 hash brown and it was cold. Not cold like -I waited too long to eat these- cold but cold like they were never heated to begin with. I immediately spit it out and will be throwing the entire box away just to be safe. That is a big food safety issue and I just hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Went by at 8 for breakfast before work and the drive thru wouldn't move. I sat there for over 30 mins and had to leave with no breakfast.

Staff at this location are great, super friendly, but seem to have issues with quality control. Twice now have had issues with undercooked chicken. This time had a sandwich that was half raw and almost rubbery. Drive thru 12/9 @5:52pm

I went through the drive thru. It seemed it may be a long wait but it was actually not bad considering the line. Very friendly and the food was amazing. The tea was hot. I like mine ice cold no matter what the weather.

This location has really gone down hill- terrible customer service- order was wrong twice! Tried to explain they had forgotten a meal at the drive through after checking my order (thankfully before pulling away) and the grown man had to take apart my bag ON TOP of my car- very un Chick Fil A -comes back with yet again NOT my order but for the car behind me…back on top my car he goes. This is not a teenager- this was an older grown man! I will never eat at this location again, $50 for two salads and some nuggets only to go home to cold fries and nuggets and a melted milkshake- AWFUL that this has happened not once but now twice at this location. Complete poo show!
