This location has really gone down hill- terrible customer service- order was wrong twice! Tried to explain they had forgotten a meal at the drive through after checking my order (thankfully before pulling away) and the grown man had to take apart my bag ON TOP of my car- very un Chick Fil A -comes back with yet again NOT my order but for the car behind me…back on top my car he goes. This is not a teenager- this was an older grown man! I will never eat at this location again, $50 for two salads and some nuggets only to go home to cold fries and nuggets and a melted milkshake- AWFUL that this has happened not once but now twice at this location. Complete poo show!

Worst experience since going to Chick Fil A. Not sure what was going on this morning with the drive thru. The line was wrapped around the building. First and last time I visit this location for breakfast. From the time I ordered my food with the attendant outside to the time I received my food was almost 30 minutes. Food was somewhat warm when I finally got it. Hashbrowns were soggy. Not at all my expectations for Chick Fil A.

I visit this Chickfila often. Everyone is friendly. However attention to detail is lacking when it comes to packing drive through orders. Today I went through the drive through and ordered breakfast. They left the hasbrowns out of the combo and they left the hasbrowns out of the breakfast bowl. This is not the first time the order was wrong. Last week I ordered a chicken biscuit and they gave me an egg white griller. It is super frustrating when you spend good money but only get half the food. Free the hasbrowns!
